I recently opened a checking account at this branch and was very impressed with the professional of the branch manager and staff. They were extremely polite and made me feel welcome doing my business with them. You can’t beat their hours too. None of the other banks I do business with are open 7 days a week. Not sure about some of the negative reviews, this is a great branch and will recommend it to anyone looking to open a checking or business account.

My visit to the Woodforest National Bank today was absolutely as pleasant as it could have been. Experiences with banks in the past have really made me skeptical of even talking to a new bank. Ashley was very helpful and as polite as they come. The other associates in the bank were also very nice, but Ashley was the main person that I dealt with today and she helped me set up a new account which I'm very satisfied with. I have been banking with woodforest for over 20 years now. I travel all over TX but this branch is by far my favorite. The current manager knows most clients by name and the whole staff is professional, curtious and treat all with dignity and respect. A real feeling of not only earning your buisness but also wanting a relationship!

Might I suggest for future reference, if a customer has a reliable deposit that comes every first and fifteenth, even if the bank closes on the first, especially if it's Sunday, PLEASE Post date the transaction Regardless. I couldn't move in when I was told because I didn't have the funds accessible. Fix the situation on a national scale. It's better for business.

I have banked w Woodforest for 11 years...personal checking and a Business account. We have been at this branch for the past 7 years. I can not say enough wonderful things about the management here. They are always on top of taking care of their customers, even the little ones ❤

My wife and I have been with wood forest bank for five wonderful years! They are extremely helpful completely reliable and I would recommend them to anyone, and we love the hours.

I have used this branch for my personal and business bank accounts, I have never had an issue with the staff. They even helped me get my stimulus check when it was deposited into a closed account.

Had a great experience with the bank, short wait times and friendly. Manager got me set up quickly was fast to acknowledge customers who walked up to the counter.
