David was so helpful. He worked with my price range and got me in and out in a timely manner. A lot of salespeople can be over bearing and seem to only care about making a sale. David was very nice and accommodating and did not make me feel pressured whatsoever. He helped me find a great mattress in my price range that checked all my boxes. 5 stars.

The purchasing process through online was so smooth and the operator was very helpful. The delivery was on time, very professional and polite. Joquin and Kar are absolutely amazing!! Joquin had the time and experience to know the details of my old mattress and direct me to a new mattress with the same qualities I’m looking to keep. Kar is a wealth of knowledge on all of the details of each and every mattress. These two gentleman made my experience far greater than I ever expected and I’m extremely grateful for all of their help!!!

Went in with my wife today to learn about, test, and shop for a new mattress. It was the first stop of several mattress sellers we planned to visit. Kevin was our sales representative. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about his inventory, and the industry as a whole. My wife and I were given a tour of the different varieties they offered, and educated about the pros and cons of each type, style, and brand. Because of his knowledge and professionalism, he saved us two more stops in town to search for a new mattress. We snagged a black Friday deal, and look forward to getting our new mattress and adjustable base soon. Thanks so much for your help today, Kevin. I recently moved to Texas and was in the process of purchasing two mattresses at another store. However, I happen to stop in at Mattress Firm and was warmly greeted by their sleep expert, Lindsey. She impressed me by asking me all the right questions that I had planned on asking about their mattresses. Not only did I get a better deal on the two mattresses, I convinced myself that I should purchase a total of four all at once, for our new home.

We visited twice (same location) before purchasing a mattress for our guest room. The sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He made sure we were getting a product that met our needs and respected our budget, only showing us options that fell reasonably close to the mark. Guests won’t arrive for another month - until then, quality is TBD, but I expect positive reviews.
