Cheers to the employees! I called the store at Cristmas time (the busiest) with a stock question. Someone helped me right away with a "happy to help you attitude". I was able to get the present my grandson wanted. Very Grateful

Cavenders as an organization is amazing and this location is no exception to that. The store is always well stocked and the team is very engaged, hence the 5 star review. The district manager is terrible. According to the team he comes in about once per month and is always on a high horse. They missed their GM (who was on vacation) that normally protects them from the district managers tirades. When visiting today, my friend and I were treated terribly by this district manager. We had picked out several items throughout the store. The staff was attentive the entire time, putting items in a fitting room as we shopped. We had just wrapped up a thorough round of the store when we saw a large gentlemen taking all the items out of our assigned fitting room. The team tried to set him straight but he lectured each one on his way out of the area. He told my friend that only three items were allowed at a time in a fitting room and that all others needed to be kept at the register. He expected us to try on three items, redress and then trade them out at the counter in the middle of the store. He then proceeded to stand outside of the fitting rooms, watching our movements for at least 20 minutes to ensure we were following his rules. After he finally left the store, the team apologized profusely and let us know that was not a normal rule. He made us feel like criminals and ruined our shopping experience. I hope someone reads this and holds him accountable as he has no place leading others or dealing with customers. I witnessed him being rude to several team members. He was also rude to myself and my friend. The team confided that he had upset several other staff and customers today as well.

This particular store had the best service out of 3 other stores I visited, and they had products that the other stores didn't stock.

This is one of my favorite locations. Few have a large selection of hats *and* people who can shape them, even from an open brim (unshaped). This one does. The button-up shirts have a decent selection, too. I don’t actually get boots here, only because I started getting custom fitted/made ones, but the selection looks decent.

I’d rather go here than Boot Barn. Better selection all day long. We like to take our time and look around because you can always find a gem hiding in some corner. Like this little buddy I found just recently for $10. It made my day and it’s going to get me through the cold days of winter 😎

In addition to the huge variety of merchandise Cavender's offers, the staff is always helpful and is always near by to assist you. Some customers have complained on this site because they're confused with stalkers and good customer service. These are the paranoids that think "everyone" is watching them. Well, when you enter a store during dinner time when most normal people are at home, you're going to get extra attention during the slow hours. Anyway, these people have it together and I enjoy every shopping visit.

When in Texas, go to Cavender's for boots. My babies wanted boots and this place recommended. Chloe and Zoey took care great care of my babies showing them great selections and giving them patience and care. This was truly a welcoming experience. I will definitely pay them a visit the next time we are here.

I love Cavender's for its boot selection (it's huge!) and pricing. Bought this nice set of boots for just $175. I was looking at a pair of $235 boots from Tecova's which I thought was a decent price till I found these, and they look better than Tecova's!

Their selection of all things western is very large and decently priced. I recommend Cavender's over Boot Barn. Prices are comparable between the two but selection size is not!

This place has an amazing selection of boots. I don't think you could leave here empty handed. Boots are expensive but they offer some amazing brands that are high quality and will last a long time justifying the price. They have a huge selection of clothing and hats as well. The staff are always helpful a d friendly.
