Kohl's

I went in to return an Amazon package and pick up some last minute gifts. The store was clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful; but the wait in line was a little long. Keeping in mind that this was 2 days before Christmas, so I still gave them 5 stars.

Kohl's has great deals with home town kind of feel, without the busyness of the mall. You get that department store feeling when you're excited to shop for maybe a new wardrobe for yourself or a gift(s) for a friend or loved one, but without crowds of pushy shoppers at the mall.

The ladies in Sephora are fabulous! Go see Kim and Kaylee! I really like the Sephora in Kohls better than stand alone location in the mall.

Love this store, had plenty of dresses to chose from. I also got a pair of shoes to match and all of it for $30.00. Gotta love it!

Easy to order online & never have a disappointment with arrival time or product. Conroe TX staff are always friendly and helpful both on the floor finding merchandise and at the register with coupons & discounts.

Excellent and kind customer service. Was able to make a return with no problems. Also, cashier was awesome to help me find deals and pay less.

I bought my shoes online 2 days ago and they were available today for pickup. I love shopping at the Conroe location. My cashier Shannon was awesome. She was fast at checking me out, she was friendly and extremely helpful. I forgot my card in the car and she was able to help me get my account information so I can pay for my items . 😁👍

it was a nice place, very clean for the most part (the makeup ‘try me’ section was a little messy, but that’s customer’s fault tbh), and the items are high quality, so most of the prices are worth it. the women who helped us check out were very kind and helpful; their names are Melissa and Desiree.

I’m always comfortable with shopping at the Conroe, Texas location. I have been to many kohls throughout the state of Texas, but this one has been the best. The associates are always helpful, the dressing rooms are always clutter free and organized, and the associate who impresses me the most is Desiree. She purposefully moves from register to the floor and back, assisting associates and opening an extra one when the customer cue started to pile up. She is friendly and welcoming and knows exactly what she’s doing.

Despite the holidays the staff was pleasant and assisted when I had questions!

When I come back to the US I always go to Kohl’s. Find great deals and what I need as well as things I didn’t know I needed.

I just had to run in to the pickup counter, and couldn't leave my puppy in the car, and there was a cart out in the parking lot, so I put her in it, ran in, got my order in about 1 minute. It was super fast.

This place is really clean and the personal they’re really nice

Went in to return items and thought I would need to try on a couple of things first. Lady greeting at front was very helpful. She said an exchange for different size was easy and yes I could take my return items with me while I try on exchange items. Lady at desk was efficient and knowledgeable about exchange and return process. Very good experience

The store is easy to find, with plenty of well lit parking spots available. They have a lot of inventory of all the things you would expect to find at a normal department store. I was able to find everything I needed relatively quickly. The fact that they offer painless Amazon returns in the store is also a great feature. Whenever I need to return something through Amazon, they give me a 25% off coupon for the store, which is always handy if I need to purchase something while I am there as well. Customer service is great. Store is clean. What more do you need?

Friendly staff, came into drop off some Amazon and found some great deals! Got 3 shirts by the time I left. They are for an upcoming wedding and the total came to just shy of 42 bucks. Not a bad deal at all!

I really like how big the sephora store looks inside. I always find what I need for the whole family. The clothes here is very nice. Having a credit card is good because you get really good discounts.

I got dragged there by the wife because she needed someone strong to carry her bags. BUT I did enjoy looking around. They actually have a lot of nice product like clothes for a very reasonable price. Now, I know why my wife shops there so much. I got several Hawaiian shirts and 2 pairs of Sketcher shoes for what I would have paid for 1 pair of shoes at the local mall. I will be going back again. Keep up the good work, Kohl's
