There were three customers in there, including myself, and he moved from one customer to the other, keeping them satisfied, and was extremely professional.

I could tell from the minute I walked into the store that he loves his job and he’s good at it.

Last week i bought a nice bed with the frame that rises up and down. Love it. I came back today ( 1/20 ) and ask Mattress firm if they could come and raise the bed another 3". They said no problem.

Came back (2 years later) to buy and upgrade two new bedrooms and David Helped us and was great, super nice, easy and even had to come back after delivery because one of the mattress wasn’t up to par (we picked a lessor cost mattress at the time) David said no problem, and swapped out the 2nd now upgraded mattress in 2 days. Can’t say enough about him, and the quality of mattresses we selected. Thank you David and MF! We’ll be back

Thomas was helped us pick out 3 mattresses for our new house. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Our sales rep Colin was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we made the best purchase. He was very nice and by the end of things we felt like we had a true friend!

Patrick was knowledgeable and helped us select the correct mattress and adjustable base! He did a great job, highly recommend.

Update December 14, 2023: I moved to a smaller place and needed a smaller bed. I returned to this location in the 336 Kroger shopping center to buy one because the service is always excellent.
It was just as excellent this time, thanks to the advice and efficiency of Patrick, who spent a lot of time helping me find a mattress similar to the one I had (which was no longer being made.)
Patrick is one of the most knowledgeable salesmen I have ever worked with and he seemed to understand all the issues I've had in the past with mattresses. He answered every question I had and a few I hadn't considered. I can't imagine they pay this man enough for his level of expertise and his conscientiousness in doing the job thoroughly and well.
I left, feeling like I'd found just the right mattress for my needs. Thank you, Patrick, and thanks, Mattress Firm.

I needed a new mattress because mine was too soft. Paul helped me figure out which one was best for me in terms of both comfort and price. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and asked all the necessary questions, without rushing me in the least. I was able to narrow it down to a mattress I felt confident would be much better than my current one. The whole process of purchasing a new mattress was made easier and more satisfactory by dealing with a thoughtful and knowledgeable salesman and I really appreciated that.

I can't say enough good things about our sales team that would not stop until they found us the perfect mattress that fit our budget. Brett and Joaquin went above and beyond their duties to make this happen, and we can't be more grateful. I will send all my friends and family to them in the future. Thank you guys again! David B.

I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm with sleep specialist Joaquin. He was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to buy an adjustable queen bed, which I did not know much about adjustable beds. Joaquin was knowledgeable about adjustable beds and took his time and helped me find the mattress and base that was best for me. He welcomed me to call him with questions any time. Thank you Joaquin for all of your help.

The bed is comfortable, we also purchased a mattress protector, adjustable base and pillow. Would definitely use them again. Thanks.

Joaquin is absolutely amazing and customer service is exceptional!! He was very patient with me and I can be a bit indecisive 🤷‍♀. Joaquin is knowledgeable on their merchandise, had answers for all my million questions, didn’t pressure me into anything and let me take my time in making my decision.

Went in looking for what I thought was going to only be a twin size mattress... Meagan helped me. She was very pleasant. Two hrs later found out we needed a full not the twin size we purchased. She helped me correct the order, very patient. Didn't take advantage of the situation and try to up sell, Excellent customer service. She is an employee to be proud of. I definitely will be coming back for future purchases. Thank you so much Meagan for correcting my error.

I was assisted by Brett at the 336 south loop Conroe location and he very knowledgeable and does everything he can to assist the customers and get a good deal within reason to still benefit the company and get a sale. Everything was within a timely manner and to specification. This gentlemen needs a promotion someway somehow. I will now refer everyone to Brett
