Store was very clean & the employees were friendly & helpful. No problem finding anything. The store was actually pretty big

I know it's a random luck of the draw hit or miss kind of place, but I found enough of what I went in there looking for.🙌🏽 Random Harry Potter items. And 2 cartoon posters for an upcoming birthday.

I found a wide selection of decorations at affordable price

Got me a cute chalk calendar and 10 foot charging cord and has a great variety of things! I love how clean and well organized the store was despite being fairly busy. Their candy section is HUGE so go here if you have a sweet tooth they have amazing prices that are hard to beat anywhere else.

Great this place is awesome,It is a yes store,wanta hula hoop ,they will too play ball ,they will too need to exchange..always yes...Happy fun bright teen and between store .They closed at 7pm till April 3rd due to CDC orders ,they want to support keeping everyone out of harms way.

It was run on a skeleton crew but they were very attentive and provided smiles and top notch customer service. Good work y'all!

i had a minor complication at the portofino location and called this store to verify if they told me correct (i left a review for that location) everyone here was very nice and helped me do the return and the transaction. the girl with the blonde hair and black hair were extremely helpful. the portofino location is closer to my house but i might have to start making the commute to this store just to have good customer service!

I love this 5 Below in Conroe, TX. Not because it’s new, but because of it’s good variety of merchandise. This store usually has outstanding customer service; however when I was there Tuesday August 10, 2021 I was very disappointed because I was unable to get assistance getting an item from the top shelf. As I was leaving without this item I had specifically came into the store to buy the cheerful cashier at the checkout didn’t hesitate to get a ladder and get my item. Yeah! There are still a few good people that go out of their way to put a smile on their customers’ faces!!

I love this place and their options of products. You never know what you might find in some areas and you can't beat their prices. We can always find good stuff to put together for gifts. And I just noticed they are building one even closer to us and we are so excited.

Awesome I spent my "budget" before I went thru 1/4 way thru the store. Low cost tech stuff you never knew you needed, art, crafts, SMUDGE, beauty, old school candy. Everything! Most at $5 or below. A few at $10. Fun!

If you're looking for cheap gifts or small items, this place is great. They have several items that I have purchased recently because I didn't need big, name brand items that would have cost more than twice as much. Although many of us prefer to "buy American " as much as we can, there is a place for these types of products and they are certainly sufficient. If you know what you're getting and still are ok with it, this is a good inexpensive alternative.

I have been to many Five Below locations from Galveston to Plano and out of all of them, this location in Conroe is absolutely THE BEST I've stepped foot in. This location is so clean, well stocked, huge variety of product selection, well laid out store, and helpful employees. The only downside is I do not live in the area. I was only visiting for work. I think every Five Below store should do 2 weeks training at this location to give all other shoppers such a pleasantly wonderful experience like I had

There actually were some really nice and good quality presents this year. They had a great selection of puzzles this year.

Very clean ,had alot of stuff at a good price

Love what I saw and very Reasonable with all they have there. It won't be hard keeping track of this store. I will be coming back to see what different things they will have. It will be my pleasure to check in through the different seasons. I believe that's been nice to see this store opening in our area.

Normally if you buy headphones that are under 5 dollors you would think of them as bad quality headphones.

Great selection of a wide variety of products. Electronics to cosmetics. One of the biggest candy sections I've ever seen with candy I didn't even know existed.

Pretty cool they have self checkout. Cashier was helpful.

Cute store, this was my first time! There are somethings that I can't believe I paid more for and then some things that appear they might break within a week. But for $5, I'm ok with that! Definitely will be back!

Always love going and seeing what's in stock. So much fun to go and look around but i don't get to go often. 😅
