Bought a rack, a few weights, storage & a bench last Thursday. Great fast knowledgeable customer service! Manager helped me get everything together quickly, Jennifer & other girl at the front we’re really nice. Nate, Santi & other young gentleman helped load everything in truck! Thanks guys definitely will be back for more sporting goods!

Went to get a new one tube and the head of the bike division, so had already clocked off, noticed me and offered to help. He got the right size, was hard to find previously, and helped me throughout... really friendly. Should've gone here first. Thank you.

I have to say out of all the locations I have visited, this one is truly the best. Todd, the store manager, demonstrates the quality of what a true store manager does. Being involved with customers and actually being on the sales floor. Very respectful and makes sure that everyone is truly happy with their experience.

I also would like to recognize three of the greatest cashiers to ever hit the planet. Maryann, Jennifer, and Ilona are the absolute pinnacle of what customer service is all about. You can definitely tell that they love what they do and assisted me greatly with my online order pickup. I ask that they truly be recognized for their outstanding work. Thank you so much everyone for all that you do.

I went to this store the day after thanksgiving. I was trying to get a basketball hoop for my son, also buy a home gym. I was looking for suggestions and I ran into a store employee who was in a wheelchair, this guy performed better than most people with all four working limbs, he was pleasant, outgoing and knowledgeable. He made sure me and my son were taken care of. I ran into two other employees who were equally helpful, icing on the cake was the store manager who was pleasant and amazing. I think the culture of awesomeness in this store makes me wish other stores can go to this place and learn customer service.

Bren(sp?) exceeded any customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time. I had a tedious return(, I’ve worked retail and returns just suck in general,) but she maintained a pleasant attitude and vibe. She was However the only employee to have acknowledged me . The store was very organized and open.

I placed an order online and less than 5 minutes later received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. Upon my arrival, my first impression of the store was how clean it was. The girl who helped me and gave me my order was very nice and friendly. Overall, one of the most pleasant, if not THE BEST online pickup order I've encountered.

The website wouldn't load, so I called before I went to look for roller skates and not only did Niko go over all the inventory for me, he also helped me choose the exact size I needed over the phone. Basically all my shopping was taken care of before I even got to the store and the staff inside was very helpful during check out.

Beautiful store. I was disappointed that this store had negative reviews. It made me go to Academy as my first choice. I am glad I cane here. I cracked my Veneers driving on my way way into Houston so I needed a mouth guard immediately. This place has so many choices and beautiful workout and fitness products that I bought additional items. Not only will I be the most ripped and fastest guy in the gym but I will have the best workout gear to go with it. Michael was excited for my purchase and greeted/assisted me immediately and Kasandra was very sweet. F’n Awesome.

Easy access never crowded good selection

It's always fun o shop at DSG. They always have a good clearance rack with my size (xs) and their sales are frequent and good. I like their vast selection of women's workout wear.

People that work are very nice , and helpful. Don't understand why so much bad reviews. If you want to buy a gun, go to gun store . just as it's your right . it's they're choice .

Great customer service! I called to be sure the item I needed was in stock as the website said they had only 2 left. They set it aside and had it up front for me to pick up with 10 minutes of my call!

It's just like a sporting good specializes in exercises golf canoeing outdoor outfits really nice store could improve more like with hunting gun and ammo, old fashion and new supplies for out door, bigger tents and skiing clothes for colder weather. Etc...

Still giving me the deals I want on the things I need. 👌
