Blue Tooth Dental - Caring for your children

Had a great experience at this dental office. Dr Lopes was very kind and thorough. I was in a lot of pain before I went in and walked out pain free! And he was able to save my tooth!

We have used them for several years now for all 3 of our kids since we moved to Texas. The kids love Dr. Alan and he really cares about our kids. Excellent people

Me siento bendecida con tener a este dentista, el doctor Alan, atiende a mi hijo desde los 4 años, ahora tiene 15 y sigue siendo su dentista, es un hombre muy profesional, amable, respetuoso y muy paciente, que realmente le interesa la salud dental de sus pacientes, Dios bendiga al doctor Alan y a todos los que colaboran con él en su consultorio.

Absolutely the most unprofessional staff I've ever been in the presence of. Dr. Lopez is a horrible dentist and shouldn't even be working with children. As my 5 year old is getting his teeth cleaned he of course is freaking out cause he's had a lot of work done on his teeth and has had a few painful prossedures done, he began to choke and as I'm trying to sit him up to calm him down a bit so the dentist could finish, Dr. Lopez proceeded to push my son's head back down on to the table grabbed him by the shoulders and pulled him really hard towards him. When I asked Dr. Lopez to let my son sit up for a min 4 times he ignored me and stated that he works with children all the time. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to my worst enemy.

The first time we went a few years back, I loved the way they treated us. This time around Dr. Lopez seemed like a different person all together (kind of mean and rude tbh). The receptionists and dental assistants are great, but we won’t be going back.

I will never go back to blue tooth dental. I have been taking ma kids for years and he was really nice but yesterday my kid had a really bad experience and I hope that doesn’t make him scare to go back to a dentist. While he was doing the cleaning to put a silver cap my son was screaming so bad that I told dr Lopez maybe the anesthesia didn’t work but he said it did my son won’t stop screaming he COVER MY SONS MOUTH, he told YOU KEEP SCREAMING I WILL TAKE ALL DAY, YOU LIKE TO SCREAM. And he said “ I CANT WORK WHEN YOU SCREAMING LIKE THAT”. First of all my son yes screaming bad but maybe because he could still feel it and that was not the way to treat a kid. He should know better than that and there is so much things like the way he was screaming to my child PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE!! THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH KIDS

Horrible. Telling me my kids are loud!!! Ans he got the gut to tell me to take my kids to the car with this heat. Horrible not going back!!!!

He put his hand over my son's mouth because he was crying. He is a child at a dentist of course he will cry. Do not take your children here, this man is a monster.

Worst place I don't recommend this place my sister had to go under Anesthesia she was scared and since only my dad went in and of course my sister we heard screaming and we went in my mom was trying to tell her to take it but dr.alan lopes got triggered and was telling my dad that he has to talk to her but that's just messed up my own mother can't talk to my sister but then he says this is over he left I don't recommend this place if you have the same experience all they are going to do is refer you to Houston kids
