I've been going here a few years now and they're always friendly and very quick to prepare my prescriptions if I didn't call in a refill beforehand. Great place with great customer service!

Spence is fantastic! They deliver if you are within a certain area. I love this! It's also a local business, which is important for me to support. Spence is the only pharmacy we use.

I have gone to this pharmacy for as long as I can remember. The people are so nice and helpful. I can no longer drive to pick up so they deliver all my meds to me within a day. Great family run business!

I love this place! Its a pharmacy back like they should be. Not like Walmart and the other chains. They always remember me when I come in and they can Compound Prescriptions!!

Never a wait longer than 5 minutes. They always are polite and answer all questions I ever have. Best pharamcy around.

Sorry to hear that Spence is OUT OF BUSINESS now. I couldn't reach by phone so I went to the location and there was a note on the door that they were no longer in business. The owners have retired.

I've been a customer for my dogs meds that have to be compounded and after picking up the order I've not changed in at least one year, the color was different. They couldn't determine why and I didn't have time to wait for an answer, they guessed that it had something to do with the beef flavor they add and the lady said maybe it was a different flavor last month.... then that brings the question, why didn't I have flavor options to choose from, they chose beef for me (my dog.) Hopefully they will call to explain EXACTLY why the formula looked different 2 out of the last 4 months. They have different front desk clerks every so often so no one is there like they used to be able to recognize it is not the same every time.

The last 2 months I called to leave a message when ordering the refill and asked that they call me ASAP to pick it up and they failed to do so both times, which made me rush getting there today. The compounding pharmacist is not on site except for specific hours and not every day so it's hard for me to keep track. Before the recent issues, I thought Spence was great.

After my call today asking if my script was ready around 4p, he said it was and had been ready for a couple of hours. I was left pretty frustrated (after leaving a message before they opened this morning that I needed the refill and admitted that I should have called sooner, to please call when it's ready. Maybe ferling hurt is a better word than frustrated, especially when reading the other reviews I find out they offer delivery. Why didn't the gentleman on the phone mention delivery as an option when I said that it would be tough to get there by 6p and that I'd been waiting on that call that never came? Customer service is not what it used to be from my personal experience. I hope it gets better because they are very close to my house.

I'm definitely shopping around to see what my other options are. I've spent $1017 annually with them but I've fallen through the cracks when getting what I'm asking for lately.

They are running some sort of racket with Heartland Manor nursing home over on Skyline Drive. You can't get your Perscriptions transferred from here because they aren't actual Perscriptions and when I picked up my mother they didn't have the Pradaxa blood thinner she needed, which is expensive even with insurance, and the pharmacist (which seems to be the owner) tried to tell the girl at the counter to charge me for it anyway. I guess she's used to scamming older people who can't hear as well or don't realize that the math is way off, but I told the clerk I didn't want to pay for the medicine I wasn't getting and she went through and deducted it. I really feel for the people she scams. I heard her talking to an older gentleman while I was in there and she was a complete bully. This place should be shut down.

Lisa has by far the worst customer service, I've ever encountered. She literally threw my ID back at me. Not to mention I had to ask if someone could me. There was 4 employees behind the counter and I was the only customer in the store. Now I see why there's no one ever in the store. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog.

Said free shipping at MHMR apparently not when my wife asked .
