The staff at the dental clinic were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. When I arrived with a cavity, they were able to accommodate me on the same day, demonstrating their commitment to excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised that my wait time was minimal, as I only had to wait for 5 minutes before being seen by the doctor. The doctor efficiently evaluated my condition and provided immediate relief for my pain. I was so impressed by their professionalism and expertise that I eagerly scheduled my next appointment for the cavity removal.

Great experience. They made sure everything was correct before anything got started. The staff was very welcoming and sweet. They also made sure i was told all the details about everything. I would highly recommend this location they are absolutely amazing!

They are the best, because they take pride in caring for you.

First time had a crown fall out and they got me a quick appointment. Everyone was very nice, did not have to wait long, very gentle. Will definitely be using them in the future.

I just left this facility and I have to say, I’ve never been happy leaving a dentist before now!!! The staff is incredible and everyone made me feel so relaxed during my visit. My previous dentist scoffed at me when I mentioned my severe anxiety, but Tammy talked me through the root of my nerves (pun intended) and made me laugh while she examined me to settle me down! She even offered me solutions for future procedures should I decide I need them. I felt very much respected and in complete control. I’m happy to say, I look forward to coming back for my cleaning in a few weeks.

They were very patient with me during this high stress situation for me, from the front desk, to the doctors assistant and the doctor, very professional, kind and caring!

They had a mostly a whole new staff and Dentist. She is sincere and very competent and her staff feeds off of that From when you walk in all the way to the back and also the Mgr. up front. Tammy is our Hygenist And the best we’ve ever had and she teaches you so well about how to clean your teeth and also the other hygienist is very good as well

Great experience with all five staff I was in contact with: Dentist, Assistant/Tech, Check In, Billing, Check Out. Negligible wait time. No complaints other than the distance to get there, but that's not the staff's fault. Thank you Castle Conroe.

I was very pleased with my first visit. Tammy postponed her here lunch hour to clean my teeth. I learned more about caring for my teeth from her on the short time I was with her then all the years I have been seeing dentists.

They are giving my husband excellent care. He is the patient. He hadn't been to a dentist in three years. Friendly staff , affordable prices.

I sent my daughter her for her exam and cleaning. Michelle got her an appt right away. Dr Escobar was very kind and explained everything. My daughter was nervous about her cleaning since it was a gingivitis cleaning, not a phophy . Tammy was very good and took the time with her. After her cleaning she was relieved it wasn't as bad as she thought. Here's a kudo to Michelle and Tammy. Thank you both!

I recently had a teeth cleaning and treatment here and my experience was so good! The dental hygienist ( i think her name was Tammy) was so kind and thorough! She numbed my mouth with a topical numbing gel before starting with her procedure, and i don't think anyone has done that before. She also took the time to teach on proper brushing and flossing, which turns out i was doing wrong. I really felt like she cared a lot about her job and truly helping patients and it truly makes all the difference!

Check-in was quick and smooth. The wait time was minimal. The dental assistant was informing and professional. The procedure was done quickly and I was taken back to the check out desk. My experience was a successful and positive event.

I’ve been coming here for years. This was the first time I didn’t know anyone at the front. They were all super gracious. It was nice to see Julie the hygienist back. She’s terrific.
