Very pleased with the exceptional service we received from A Model Plumbing! We had a few issues that they were able to fix very quickly and professionally. Musa was very thorough in his explanations of what needed repairs and the completed work was A+. Overall, incredibly pleased and will definitely continue to work with these guys. I had a plumber from here come over to repair a small leak in my kitchen sink line. He came over, and said the rubber seal was broken, so he went to Home Depot to get a replacement. After fiddling with the sink, he said he couldn’t fix it & I need to have the fixture replaced. The leak had miraculously become significantly worse, and I would have to pay for him to return to fix the problem (but I’d get a $50 discount!). My opinion is the dude intentionally made it worse to secure a second work order, and I will never be using this establishment again.
