SUPER great place. My husband and I went today for the first time and will definitely be back. Very hearty and delicious food, not greasy at all. The staff are very kind and attentive. A mom and pop vibe and it feels very cozy and relaxed. Thank you to Brittany for being such a fantastic waitress 💖

I walked in with open smiles and greetings. I was honored to have the famous Shelly take care of me. She guided me through their menu extremely well and of course she recommended the best breakfast I've had in a long time.

Everything was well-cooked and tasted great! I love family diners! For a family diner to be operating for 18 years, it's a testament to their community involvement and making great food.

Awesome food! Awesome service! I was in and out in about 30min or so. I don't like to wait around and waste my day eating a quick meal. They have outstanding service and the food was great! Buffalo chicken sandwich was the best I've had! Great atmosphere and staff! 10/5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Can I first say, the fact that we got ALL this food (listed below) for just $18 blows my mind.

🍳Food:
We got a 2 egg omelet w/ salsa, house fries, biscuit and gravy, 2 sunny side up eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, and 2 pancakes in total. Of note, we did just get waters to drink so if their drinks are priced that may affect things. Anyhoo. The omelet was savory and filling. The pancakes were, well, cakey and delicious. The biscuit was fluffy and buttery! YUM YUM YUM

💁‍♀Server:
The server was so sweet and homey (her name is Britney...not sure how it is spelled). Definitely felt more like a friend to her than a customer. Very hospitable place! Love these mom and pop diners.

🏁Atmosphere:
The atmosphere is definitely like an old-fashioned diner and unique. There are Nascar photos lining the walls and retro style chairs. The floors are checkered like a Nascar flag and Nascar hats line parts of the ceiling. Also definitely lends itself to people talking to each other from different tables so if that is your thing, you will enjoy it.
Also, looove the wall of honor for the military (pictured in what I posted).
Also also, if you are prone to getting cold like me, there are heaters everywhere :)

Anyways, DEFINITELY recommend. Come here, get full, be happy!!😊

The first time I came I forgot to take a pic of my food! It looked so good I just dove in! lol. I had the fish sandwich. Today, I had the chicken fried chicken and it was amazing!

Awesome food and people, home cook, very healthy in my opinion. It is very much comfort food, the lunch specials are great!! I was the first to try there chicken enchiladas today , it was awesome!!!!! They have different lunch specials every day. Highly recommended!!! Very inexpensive! Cool atmosphere!! Clean restaurant!

First time here, and it will not be our last. The service was extremely fast and very friendly. The food was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. I will always pick a mom and pop hole-in-the-wall place like this over any Michelin star. Both my kids 6 and 9 also loved it.

This is a gem! Was told that this place has been around for 18 years and is one where the staff gets to know your name. The onion rings were made fresh and were very good! The patty melt was yummy, not too greasy, just right. Even the sweet tea was spot on. The only downside was it was very loud, but it's such a small place. BUT, will definitely be back again and again!

Basic diner food, cooked well, and decent portions (don't get me wrong, it was good, but don't expect avocado toast with heirloom tomatoes type food). Prices are amazingly low. Staff is very friendly, and you can tell it's a place that cares about their staff. Breakfast and lunch all day.

First time here and everything from the customer service to the food was amazing 👏! I'm looking forward to our next trip here. Shelly was our server and she is amazing and very sweet.

Stopped by here on our way back from a Cowboys game. Awesome little spot for a All American style breakfast. Coffee was fresh. Food was just like mommas (don't tell her I said that). I had the chicken fried steak and eggs with hashbrowns and a biscuit and gravy. I left feeling like a feral animal. The place has awesome pictures and motorsports memorabilia from years gone by. We will be back.

Excellent small-town diner on the side of the road! It feels nostalgic, the service is kind, prices are great, and the food was exceptional.

Food was excellent and inexpensive. Went for lunch and had fried catfish. Today was chicken fried steak, hashbrowns, and two eggs. Very tasty!

It's the first time I come and I have to say that my breakfast is super delicious and I loved the service, I have to come again 100% recommended

We are blessed each Tuesday when we have our Prayer Breakfast here at Pitt Stop! The service is spectacular! The food is always cooked just how we like it and of course we enjoy fellowship with many of the other Tuesday morning regulars.
Just look at our smiling faces - this is because of Shelly and her wait staff/family! She makes us feel special and we love her!

The food was delicious and the service friendly! Boo took great care of us and kept our coffee full. The pork chop breakfast was good and a. I will definitely be back!

The staff is always friendly and on the spot. No frills homestyle cooking, like momma fixed it.
Fantastic chicken fried steak. Pork chops are outta control, hamburger steak, delicious. Get a roll for that brown gravy. Their breakfast tops everyone around. Everything is great here!
Their daily special includes dessert until the run out.
