We had to install a brand new system for our plumbing in February of this year. Come December 1st, the system fails. I reached out to this company and was told they would arrive between 5 and 7pm. Instead, they called back to say they could only send someone between 2 and 4. They showed up late at 2:15! They inspected the system and found that the control board was shot due to a power surge from the previous day. It wasn't covered under warranty! The guys who came were unprofessional and disrespectful. They couldn't get the part until the next day and took their sweet time getting back here. Their behavior remained unprofessional and disrespectful. They even said they would leave the warranty and claim issues up to me! I'm so disappointed with their service! You've let me down so very much!

the plumber showed up late and failed to explain the details before he began attempting to fix the leaking tank. he ignored all my questions and didn't bother to explain any options such as enabling extended warranty. instead, he made all the decisions without any input from me. this company lacks professionalism and the work was of poor quality. communication with the team was always delayed. i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

I was met by 'Lincoln' with a cold shoulder and a curt nod. Lincoln arrived late and was impatient while I had other contractors conducting inspections on the house that we are selling. He was disrespectful and seemed clueless about the items that were of most importance to pass the inspection, and kept trying to upsell me on different products. We had an awkward conversation about our shared military service, and Lincoln vaguely pointed out the items that he found problematic. He lazily performed minor repairs/replacements and our systems are still not up to code. I am disappointed with this company and dread having to deal with them again in the future.

I had plumbing work done in my kitchen. The employee from this company and his co-worker spent all day. They did a terrible job, they were unprofessional and ignored all my questions and concerns. I'm disappointed and have a few more projects to do in the near future and the employee is the last person I would go to. No thanks from a very upset customer.

the plumber was terrible at communicating and was incredibly rigid, struggling to adapt to any needs that i had during the service. as i've observed, not everyone is as hands-off as i am, and i always insist that things proceed at a slow pace. the plumber was inflexible in this respect, resisting the necessary changes i required for a more effective collaboration with him, all while disregarding the interests of my family. this is a vital skill that i greatly deplore. so, no thanks to this company and their subpar plumbing service!

Always regret using this company. Their lack of professionalism goes a long way in making me doubt that my house is functioning as poorly as it can be. That’s how it is with our tech Barney - it’s clear he’s incompetent and has people’s worst interests at heart when it comes to finding ways to make things run worse. They were also late, had terrible communication from scheduling to end - and the service was slow and unprofessional. Couldn’t ask for less, and will be avoiding for other projects and needs.

The journeyman and his apprentice from this company performed a terrible job installing our unit. They were unprofessional and left us confused about the installation process! I will be avoiding them in the future for any upkeep and plumbing needs!
