Zoxx Wednesday night open mic is amazing! It's changed my life for the better. Very supportive and fun crowd.

If you love dive bars with great people and excellent service then this place is for you. You can get a frozen pizza but they don't offer any restaurant style meals. But that's not why people come to this place. They come because the owners right down to the most part-time bartender are all excellent people and create a wonderful experience no matter if it's your first time or your millionth time.

Food was great. Wanted to take pic of the burger but I crushed it soon as it came out. Bartender did great managing the crowd too.

Seriously awesome place. Drinks are incredibly reasonable. The live music is rad and the PA sounds pretty great. Fantastic place for bands to play.

In my opinion probably the best bar in Janesville. Every single one of there bartenders are kind and make you feel welcomed. And there customer service is always at one trillion percent ❤❤

How had I never heard of this place before?
Had a blast! The bands were all entertaining. (got to see 3) Great crowd, the bartender / security guy was cool. Everyone was just there to have a good time.

The only problem I had with reviewing this establishment was the fact I couldn't give it 6 stars. Upon arrival, the barkeep, Andrew, Andy, Crook, or Wilson, however you choose to address him, was reminiscent of Tom Cruise in Cocktails. If I were not a straight male, I would consider a potential mate. 7 stars.

Its amazing there, great energy, lots of fun, great music, great prices, cool bartender. Can use some food but hey... overall excellent I give you guys a 5 star!!!

The menu at this cozy, low-key Janesville cantina contains loving and helpful descriptions of an impressive selection of shots and beers. But if you still have no idea where to start, ask—everyone behind the bar is willing to let you taste through options until you find a drink/shot you’ll love. The list includes lots of gems, most for less than $6. To fuel all the drinking, the food menu includes an array of small plates served until 2am. The food leans gastropub, and the menu changes daily, but you’ll always be able to order an excellent beer and frozen pizza plate, with a salty, housemade pretzel and a rotating selection of interesting chips and entres. This is the kind of warm, simple neighborhood place you’ll never want—or need—to leave. I recommend the homeade Apple pie shots. Delish!
