Greg was extremely helpful in walking me through the Rolex line and we had a wonderful conversation about the brand and trying on the various pieces. He even got my significant other excited about adding to the collection. This is the place to shop Rolex in the DFW area.

I had many questions about having my Omega serviced, and Matthew went above and beyond to explain all of the options I had available to me, and walked me through the entire process. Communication was excellent after I left the store, he quickly followed up and kept me updated every step of the way. It is rare to find customer service of this caliber, and I certainly appreciate it. - A big "thank you" to Matthew!

Walked in with regular running clothes and was helped by John R. Was looking for a very specific model for my wife and wanted to get on a waitlist. John was very nice, got my information, and explained to me their philosophy especially with Rolex supply scarce these days. What a wonderful experience I had shopping at Bachendorf's Fort Worth. Love doing business with a local DFW store. I’ve always wanted a Rolex watch. Unfortunately, now I was ready to purchase one they are near impossible to find. When I stopped in the first time, Greg, was wonderful in taking time to talk watches with me. We looked at a few brands, but I could not stop thinking about the Rolex I had just tried on. After some patience and luck another wonderful SA, Molly, contacted me to let me know my dream watch came in. Molly was just as wonderful to work with. Explaining all the ins and outs of my new watch, and making sure it was sized just right for me. It was such a pleasure to work with both Molly and Greg. I look forward to going back to them in the future. Highly recommend this store.

We recently relocated to DFW last year. My wife is from Texas - and we have visited many different Rolex ADs all over the world. Bachendorf's is easily at the top of the list - service, follow-up, and client relationship, they nailed it all.

We had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Molly & Amy. They have both been phenomenal. They followed through and we ended up with matching gorgeous His-Her timepieces.

Its more than a business dealing with Molly & Amy - its truly the experience of client-relationship, and we hope to continue to add to this.

the staff there are unbelievably welcoming and cool! they know i come in just to talk watches and are never pushy or anything, heck they even pull out some of the REALLLLY big 500k diamonds for me just to take a close look at because they know that i am interested in all of that stuff

I was in the market for a tennis bracelet for a while now, and I had been looking everywhere without any luck. That's when I decided to check out Bachendorfs and this great salesman Matthew who happens to be an expert in the field of jewelry was incredibly helpful! He explained the different types of tennis bracelets available in the market and their unique features. He listened carefully to my preferences and helped me find a bracelet that perfectly fit my style and personality. I was blown away by his expertise and dedication to helping me find the perfect accessory. He even offered to clean my jewelry!He is my go to now!!

Buying a Rolex from an AD is a nightmare process. I don't think it is the AD's at fault here, but the whole supply and demand situation currently prevalent for the brand. My overall experience with Bachendorf's did leave a whole lot to be desired, however they did manage to get me a submariner. Maybe I was a tad bit impatient but at the same time I am glad I have the time piece. In addition, I had a great experience getting my Tag Carrera repaired thru them. Greg and Rini were professional in their dealings and this made me want to update my review of the place.

Visited the store with my wife and kid. Unfortunately Mr Ozuna couldn't get me what I was looking for but he gave us a great experience. Lupe is a sales professional without pushing. We've visited a lot of Rolex dealers but had the best experience at this place. Thank you for showing us the amazing time pieces, we will love to come back. Hope to see you soon.

Great location, friendly staff and overall enjoyable experience. After waiting almost a year and a half on a particular watch, I finally got “The Call”. Matthew was very helpful and the overall purchase experience was really nice. 5 Stars in every way!

Molly did a great job when I brought my fiancé in to start looking at engagement rings. She took her time with us and let us look at many different options to ensure we were choosing what was best for my fiancé. We couldn't be happier with how the ring turned out. Having been shopping for months now and seeing how some jewelers are just so pressuring and hard to deal with!! Greg and Molly showed that over at Bachendorf’s they set themselves apart. It was my first time in, yet I was so welcomed and felt like I’ve been a customer there for years. Popped over to the shops at Clearfork to walk of some lunch and moseyed into the store to check out their watches. I had been in the market for a Tag Heuer watch, but unfortunately, the particular bezel I wanted had been discontinued. Wayne greeted my wife and I like we were part of the family. No hard pressure at all when I just wanted to peruse the cases. Upon looking at the Tudor selection, Wayne had pulled out a very unique piece with the bezel that I was looking for, but it also had a new dial that I had not seen before and the watch instantly spoke to me, and I knew it was going to be on my wrist within 10 minutes. After the wife tried on a few more pieces we decided to just go with my selection. I asked Wayne if he could polish up my wife’s ring and he did so without any hesitation as well as sizing my new watch to perfection. Overall experience was beyond pleasant and I’ll be seeing Wayne again for my next purchase down the road. 5 stars all the way! Thank you!!
