Being a person who had never stepped foot inside of an actual Tiffany & Co store I didn't know what to expect. I was greeted by Brennan who was exceptional! She was patient with me while I selected a new piece of jewelry and showed me different options of rings and bracelets she thought I might like. Service was above and beyond! Will definitely go back and see her when I am in the area again.

This was the first time I've visited this location and they did not disappoint. The sales associate that assisted me was knowledge, friendly, and professional. She advised me on the best looks for me and made suggestions of items she thought I would like. An hour later, I left with three new pieces and am extremely happy with each purchase! I'll definitely return to this location. Easy access and great staff. Well done!

Surprised my little Audrey Hepburn with a necklace from Tiffany's for her sweet sixteenth. I Called ahead and even though we weren't spending much, they gave us a fantastic experience she'll always remember - private room with a tray of necklaces within my specified price range for her to choose from, fancy chocolates, sparkling water and champagne for the grown ups. Our hostess, Teddy, even set up and took some fun pictures to commemorate the day. I highly recommend you call ahead, they will take good care of you. They exceeded my expectations.

Very pleasant experience. It was our first time here and the staff was great to work with. We couldn’t find the exact price but they got it shipped from NY to us for free. We will be back!

Thank you to all the sweet and kind people that helped us celebrate my sister's birthday! I called from out of state to purchase a gift for pick up for my sister, and they set up a private appointment with champagne and chocolates for her! It really brightened our day, and made my sister feel like a queen. My mother is fighting cancer right now, our family really needed something special to cheer everyone up. Exactly what I would expect from Tiffany & co. The customer service is impeccable and the sales clerks are very good, helpful, and know their jewelry well. I've never had any issue finding exactly what I wanted . The store is conveniently located and makes for a great girls day visit as well. They offer in person and zoom shopping along with pickup . We recently took my mom for her birthday too and they were so great with her as well.

Awesome customer service! We wanted to see a special piece and they brought in not just one, but two different sizes so we could see them side by side. When they came in (just two days later) we had our son with us. They gave him candy, set him up at a desk with markers and paper, and helped keep him busy so we could have champagne, decide on chain length, and browse some more without being distracted. Overall the best service either of us has had anywhere, and we will definitely be back. Thank you Bo and Julia!

Going to Tiffany’s is always a joy in itself. But this location is so very intimate. I love how they remember my name and great me each time I come in to see what’s new. Whether I am just strolling and dreaming or shopping for something special, I am always treated as a valued customer here. So nice to have this Fort Worth location, management and staff is impeccable.

I was there on 06/05/22, to purchase my favorite fragrance. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Glad this store is in Fort Worth !!!

This location is so much friendlier than the Dallas locations. We have been shopping at Tiffany’s for 30 years and had my rings resized here. By far the best experience.

We couldn't afford to pay attention in there. Full stop. We told the lady who greeted us that we were just eating in the area and neither of us had ever been to a Tiffanys so we decided to come in.

My bf brought me here to buy me a ring & I've NEVER been treated better! The staff made me feel like a princess. I tried on SEVERAL different rings, before settling on the right one. Throughout it all, we were served complimentary beverages & snacks - quite literally, Breakfast at Tiffany's!! It was a dream date that I'll never forget.

This location has more inventory than I was expecting. The service was quick and easy. I was shopping online and couldn't find the ring I wanted in my size so I went to this store to see if they had it in the metal and size I wanted, by chance, and they did!

Took a bit to find their temp location, but once I found them they were very attentive

I love T&Co., especially the Clearfork location. It’s so nice to walk into the store and be remember. ☺ Shout out to Julia for helping me shop for all the major life events year after year!
