I went into this particular pandora jewelry store initially to get my mother in laws bracelet cleaned and repaired - as the slider was causing her to lose her bracelet and she was afraid for it to fall off. The employee that helped me (I cannot remember her name!) was absolutely wonderful and informed me that the bracelet was still under warranty and replaced it as well as did such an amazing job cleaning the charms that I brought in that were tarnished from lack of wear. She also explained tips to keep the the bracelet in its best shape - and recommended we buy another clip to help from putting too much pressure on the bracelet (as well as removing some of our charms). I was so impressed with her that I ended up buying 3 charms for another bracelet and she made sure to inform me they had a Mothers Day promotion coming soon. I was so thoroughly impressed with all the staff - who worked together efficiently to help each other get myself and others in and out! The store was also fantastically clean - I felt so bad that my toddler who I brought along with touched some of the glass! Thank you all so much again.

My husband and me were looking for a ring for me for our 27th wedding anniversary. I found one on the Pandora website so I called to see if they had it in the store. Ariel looked it up and said that they did and held it for me. She was
very helpful over the phone and in the store. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

We were looking for a specific item which were sold out online. We decided to stop by and see if they had the earrings I wanted for my birthday. To our surprise they had them in stock. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful heart hoops.

FRIENDLY and ATTENTIVE STAFF. I Came in during the week to get my mother a gift and these three girls: Margarita, Yy and Sarah, were the sweetest and most helpful girls! They answered all my questions and patiently showed me every Jewel that caught my eye even tho I wasn’t going to buy it all right there and then. I’d come back here to be attended JUST because of these girls.

The staff and manager of this store were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond by letting me in when I showed up after the store had been closed for a few minutes. They resolved my issue quick and easily.
