The UPS Store

I was in this store this afternoon (1:45-2:00) and the customer service displayed by all employees was fabulous. There was a customer who was having difficulty pulling up their return information, and the young man helping this customer was so patient, kind, and helpful. The store was very busy at this point, but the employee did not make this feel customer feel rushed or like they had an "issue." The other employees were working as hard and fast as they could do make up for the time. But if I were that customer, I would have been so thankful for the patience a d help shown to me. It was so refreshing to see such amazing customer service (by all employees working there today)!

I stopped by to return my cable equipment from Directv and my router from Spectrum. They checked them in, boxed them, and shipped back to company free of charge. Very helpful service. Thanks.

Fantastic service! I had three Amazon returns and was greeted right away and directed to a line just for returns, which was super fast! The employees I interacted with were all kind and helpful and I’m pretty sure this was my fastest experience at a post office ever.

Called the story to find out about notary. Automated system said a notary is always available during business hours. We walked right in. Got our form signed in 5 minutes. Easy peasy

I just got off the phone with Tracy and she has been trying to help me with a claim number. This store was not the shipper but I was told to partner with UPS store to try to solve my problems with a human.. Not only was she empathetic and compassionate she actually listened to me and was gonna try to help me.
Not everything can be solved on a claim site on a computer screen sometimes you have to have human interaction to be able to solve a very difficult problem. She's quite an asset to the company and I appreciate her kindness and warmth. This store provides vital services for printing labels labels sending packages packages and receiving mail. At 1st spoke with Colton who was kind and generous to me and very polite. Thank God for people who truly enjoy their jobs and try to help other people

Amazing. I know not all stores are the same but this one is excellent. I rushed in with a print job I needed ASAP and I was in and out with time to spare. They are the best and for less than I thought. I’ll be back very soon.

I needed to ship my frozen beef to Houston and all of the stuff worked awesomely! Thank you Memo! I had been reserved for shipping some other store gave me only very expensive air shipping fee, some refused to accept dry ice package… but they helped me really great and I could make my customer happy too! I really appreciate their performance! Awesome store!!!!

The owners of this store (Gary and Traci) are wonderful people, very professional, hard working, honest, fast and more than fair. I had lots of important documents that needed to be faxed, others wanted to charge over $2.00 per page while this store charges .20. Both Gary and Traci went way out of their way to make sure my documentations got to where they needed to go. They spent well over an hour helping me. I will always use this UPS store and so should you! Thank you Gary and Traci, I appreciate you both!

I tried for a week to get a large parcel shipped. I was ready to give up and refund my buyer. I spoke to the owner at this location, and she was amazing.

Loaded up my box, drove over, and the whole staff here is incredible. If you are within an hour of this place, use it. I wish I could give TEN STARS!!!

Every single time I visit this store I am greeted almost immediately and greeted with professionalism and attentive service. Most recently they went above and beyond expectations to solve a "shipping crisis."

I rarely write reviews but this UPS store leaves no stone unturned. Beyond just the location, cleanliness and efficiency of the store, the owners are incredibly friendly/patient (thanks again for my 185 amazon returns) and the whole staff sets the bar for customer service. 5 stars all around!
