Great Service! I purchased a vintage Hamilton watch years ago and ever since it has been erratically keeping time. I have been looking for a jeweler with a master watchmaker on and off for the past 5 years to get it repaired, with no success. Most of the jewelers I called told me it wasn't worth my time to repair my watch since it was vintage. I gave Kubes a call, and the gentleman answered the phone said that the person who started the business was a master watchmaker and would have no issues repairing the watch. I dropped the watch off for a quote, and to repair the balancing rod, clean, and polish the entire watch was only $300. Considering the watch looks absolutely brand new, this service was well worth the money, I expected to pay exponentially more to get this watch repaired. I definitely recommend doing business with Kubes, they will give you an honest appraisal of your jewelry and any modifications you would like to make (What I mean by this is that if you've got costume jewelry and you want to modify it with expensive 14+ karat gold, they will actually let you know that that it may not be worth your money and you should go with something more affordable like stainless steel, they are extremely reputable). I wish I had some before pictures of my watch, but I will be posting the after pictures.

These guys are the very best of the best! I am biased, I know - But there is a reason I fly to Ft. Worth from Tennessee any time I need a watch repaired or want a cool and unique piece of jewelry for my wife. Most of all, you can’t beat the people and peerless quality service! Had a ring I needed sized, but another large jeweler in Fort Worth said they could not size it even a little. Kubes did it in a reasonable amount of time and with no problem. (Also the salesman at the other jeweler was the one who referred me).

Brought a watch here that I found at an antique store and Kubes did a great job restoring it. Fully exceeded my expectations and the customer service was great.

Can’t recommend Kubes enough! Katie helped me with a custom engagement ring design and worked countless hours with me to get everything just right. I’m very indecisive and she was very patient with me. She made sure I loved my ring before we were finished with adjustments. Will absolutely come back for any repair, cleaning or custom designs in the future!

This is the first review of anything online that I have ever done, but my experience with Kubes was impressive enough to make me do it. I live in Pensacola Florida, but am from the Fort Worth area. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Kubes and it was a great experience. The staff there is very knowledgeable and straight forward. I am in the military and was visiting family at home for one week and they ordered a wonderful selection of diamonds for me to view while I was there. I purchased a diamond right before I left town, and they were able to put it in the setting I selected and get it to me by the next day. I worked Primarily with Chris and he was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. It is very rare to receive service of this quality and I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Had to have my wife's engagement ring sized and also needed to size and repair her wedding band. Read the rave reviews about Kubes so I decided to go there to have my wife's jewelry repaired. The staff was honest and courteous and didn't disappoint the rings looked fabulous when they were done. Will recommend Kubes to everyone, this is your one stop shop for all of your jewelry needs.

These folks are amazing! They fixed my necklace in 5 minutes and then gave an amazing price to re-string my strand of pearls. I had such a great experience! I'll be back to them first for any jewelry needs because they did so great with servicing my broken necklace. Check them out!

Professional, warm, competent. I recently went to Kubes for the first time. I had my wedding ring re-sized, two other rings cleaned, and discussed the value of a ring inherited from my mother. The re-sized ring left the inside engraving intact. My other rings shine and look gorgeous. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had an excellent experience and definitely will return.

I recently bought an engagement ring from Kube's Jewelers and, while I do not normally write online reviews, felt that my experience working with Chris merits one. From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with him. I started my search at another jeweler and had an okay experience (I even found a really good ring there) but felt that, if I ended up buying from that jeweler, it was only because I liked the ring and not at all because of their service. Thereafter, I went to Kubes to get a second opinion and to validate my pending choice of the first jeweler. From the minute I started dealing with Chris, I preferred his service over the other jeweler. Whereas when I was looking at settings/stones with the other jeweler he seemed to have his attention on any number of things beyond me, when I was working with Chris, his focus was solely on me and my needs. He never tried to up-sell me (in contrast to the other jeweler) and was very helpful by offering suggestions, searching for better choices of stones for me, and fully explaining to me my various options. Chris was extremely communicative during the process of my ultimately having a custom ring made and I love my purchase (as does my fiance). One of the biggest thing I can say about Chris is that I trusted that what he was saying to me was truthful - there was no double speak. For an unfamiliar process like buying a diamond ring, the level of trust I had with him was very comforting. I would recommend going to Kubes to anyone and I plan on going straight back to Chris at Kubes once it comes time for me to buy the wedding bands.

This morning, I took my 90-year old mother to Kubes to purchase a ring guard for the diamond solitaire that represents 71 years of marriage to my father. Brittany, the oldest great grandchild of the Kubes family, treated my mother with the most gentle respect. Her courtesy was exceptional, and when I realized how sincerely kind she was being, I let her know that my mom was a recent widow, that the man who gave her that ring, married her in 1949, and raised six children with her - died April 24, 2021. My mother was grateful for Kubes excellent customer service and I was moved to tears by Brittany's graciousness.

The people and customer service here are amazing! They made engagement ring shopping easy and an experience to share with others I know taking the plunge into marriage. I had and incredible experience dealing with Brent. He gave me options and they weren't the most expensive. I lived in the neighborhood for 20 years and went to Kubes to have the diamonds reset in my mother's wedding band when I inherited it after her death. They were kind, friendly and reasonable. I knew that they would take care of my mother's ring. I have also had a ring resized and some other repairs done there as well. As a single mother of 4 and a teacher, I have never been in the position to buy jewelry. If I were, I would buy from the Kubes family. They have never treated me any different than they would a customer who was buying expensive jewelry. Their prices are reasonable and you feel safe leaving your valued pieces with them. They are the best!
