Terrible website that is even worse on mobile. Website appears to been built in the mid 2000's and is extremely unsecure.

Worst roads in the state of Texas. Littered with pot holes that damage your vehicle.

My bill never changed always a high bill i had three kids move out never made a difference in the bill when we didnt take shower at my house for a month cause remodel bathroom no shower the bill was high the lady said well maybe cause you water your yard to much when it rained so much i never watered in those months then i moved out back in november and had to leave water on until i sold house and still had to pay a high bill with no one living their at all not to mention my electric company charged only 7 bucks a month while the water company was still charging at least 60 with no water being used at all and I have no leaks.

Worst city to work with the water department is ridiculous. Over charged for the amount of consumption and the city does not care.

Thanksgiving night 2019 and no water at 8:15pm. No notification of water loss. This is poor follow through by the city of everman.

They never take your complaints serious, they never return your calls even though you leave them a voice mail message..

The two chubby women in there lie about dates to pay and they are so rude ive never wanted to move only because water over charging slimey dirty water very rude employees!

Always horrible customer service specially the guys that come to fix water in the street always do it half way come to the last mint cutoff water then they just left with out saying if they coming back to fixed calling office not even have an operator to assist or to left a msg and this is not the first time they do this leaving us with out water
