Trevor was absolutely amazing! I came in to upgrade my phone not really knowing much about the new ones. He took the time to explain to me each phone and the plans in detail. I felt comfortable and not pressured into getting anything i didn't want. He was very friendly, tentative, and informative. I would recommend this store 100%. Ask for Trevor:)

The workers at this location were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I went in there for a new phone with my girlfriend, her phone was dying and the guy who was helping us, Christian, offered to let her charge her phone while we were waiting for my new one to finish setting up. Christian was really nice and informative about different products, and his coworker (we didn't catch his name) was also friendly and made funny conversation while we were sitting. A lot of customers came in but they made sure they didn't wait too long and helped them as soon as they could. All in all a good location to go to.

I can't believe how easy it was to get a new account here! Shadesha was very helpful and knowledgeable about plans and products, and we found the right one for me quickly. Great customer service experience all around.

We came to this store wanting an upgrade and more information on the things Verizon offered, but man, was I impressed! Shadesha Smith, the manager, sat down with us for about 3 hours and explained everything to me and my mother-step by step. She was giving us helpful hints all while still having great customer service. She knew what she was doing and only wanted to benefit us, not trying to take our money. We enjoyed this experience here and will definitely be coming back here for any phone or technical questions and help!

The gentlemen that had helped my household and I with a new phone plan and device was absolutely astonishing. He was appropriately promoting great options and was extremely willing to work with our needs. He surely makes an excellent salesman and the location should be glad to have a wonderful person providing this outstanding service. No one wants to deal with the typical, lackadaisical representative; however, he surely breaks that mold, without evening breaking a sweat. Patience is a very important attribute to possess when in a position like him. His attitude was genuinely patient and understanding.
