Sound works has very qualified and knowledgeable staff. They want you to be happy with the choice you made. Testing before and after you get your hearing aids. The specialist has over 40 years in this business and knows what he is doing. I feel confident in recommending this company.

The young lady that I spoke with on the phone was fantastic and even better when we came into the office. The doctor was friendly, professional and made you feel very comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking for this type of service. They are the best!!!

Phillip and Melissa are fantastic. I have been going to them for over three years. They always have gone above and beyond to help me. Whenever I need my hearing aids serviced they have taken care of everything. Because of my disability Phillip often meets me at my car if it's just a quick visit. You can't ask for better people or customer service. They will make sure that your hearing aid needs are met. I will definitely get my next set of hearing aids from them when it is time. The Burleson office is great.

I recently purchased some new hearing aids and I love them. I have not been able to hear this well in many years. Glen and the staff at SoundWorks Hearing Center in Arlington have been great in helping me get my hearing aids adjusted to my hearing test specifications. I highly recommend SoundWorks.

I lost 80 percent of hearing in my left ear. Glenn York provided a hearing aid that restored much of what I had lost. He helped with my hearing in the other ear. Now they are comfortable. I put them on in the morning anang take them off before bed at night Bob Carpente -r Grand Prairie, TX

I have been wearing hearing aides since 1983. I have used Sound Works a number of times now and find them to be very professional and accommodating. With each visit Glen has solved my problem. I have recommended them to several of my friends one of which purchased aids.

Great service! Everyone was kind and it was a great experience.

I always receive terrific customer service at SoundWorks Hearing Center. I had a 4:00 pm appointment but Glenn, the manager was tied up with another patient. No problem. Mandy, who works the front desk and assists Glenn kept me informed on his progress. Eventually, seeing that Glenn wasn’t going to be free soon, took it upon herself to personally help me with my issue. She did a great job explaining everything.

I am so pleased with the professional yet warm and accommodating staff at SoundWorks Hearing Center. I needed the time adjusted on my appointment with the doctor. It was adjusted immediately. When I meet with the doctor he is very concerned and thorough to ensure that my hearing aid is working properly.

Absolutely Amazing Experience from start to finish. I couldn't find a same day appointment to get wax removed from my ear after not being able to hear for 2 days and they took care of me, cleaned my ear gently and restored my hearing. I recommend SoundWorks to Everyone.

Very satisfied with their service. My hearing aids had to be sent to the manufacturer, so SoundWorks in Arlington gave me a pair of loaners while mine were being repaired. Glen was great to work with and took the time to make sure the settings were ideal for me. A close friend of mine, who spent his entire career in the hearing aid business as an owner and manager, was very familiar with Glen and his reputation, and had nothing but great things to say about him. Very glad I found them.

My small dog chewed the end off my Oticon hearing aid and we were leaving on vacation in a week. I looked around for a place to get the aid fixed in a hurry and everybody told me at least two weeks for a repair. I found SoundWorks and gave them a call and they said five days! So i had them order the part and they called TWO days later and said the part had arrived, and to come on in to get it installed. Three hours later (my delay, not theirs) and the hearing aid was good as new. All for $65. The technician even cleaned and checked it. Efficient, friendly, quick and thorough. Couldn’t ask for more. I recommend them to anyone who needs a hearing device repaired. Both the technician and the receptionist were friendly and helpful, and that made it even better.

Dr. York and Mandy have been fantastic to my grandfather Philip Nguyen and I. He’s been very patient with him as I have to translate everything and really wants to make sure the hearing aids are to his liking. Even the first set, he can hear and understand speech so much easier than before. He is more functional. We are still in the middle of finalizing but we love the service and care he provides his patients.

Sound Works has been a treasure with which to work for hearing aids. They provided everything they promised & more, like Excellent customer service. When I make a purchase in today’s economy I expect the provider to live up to their promises. Sound Works has done exactly that. Anytime I have an Issue with something, I can call them & Mandy handles everything quickly & to my liking. There are few providers today who live up to their promises. Sound Works is a great provider of hearing aids & services. I highly recommend them.
