Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast! The beds were comfy and the staff was kind and welcoming!

Outstanding customer service especially by your maintenance cleaning staff. Front desk receptionist could have smiled a little bit more been a little warmer with her greetings.

I absolutely love this place. Pillows are the first thing I check in a room and they have the most comfy pillows ever. Bonus points for extra pillows ALWAYS! I love how clean the rooms are and the bathrooms are great. Breakfast is awesome too. Huge selecting of food. Definitely going to return.

The breakfast was awesome. So many different food options. We loved the big fresh Texas waffles.
I choose this hotel because it had the better reviews on Google than the other low cost hotels. I was on a budget.
It was clean and had plenty of towels.
It was easy to find, using my GPS.
It was close by an HEB and Dollar General, which I loved.
My family loved it.
The staff was very nice and they cared.
The TV had some good channels to watch.

I didn't stay there but they helped me when I was in a bad situation. They where kind and helpful and allowed me to wait in their lobby out of the heat for my family to pick me up. A lot of places won't help someone in my situation so Im thankful and blessed that there's establishments like this that don't judge. Thank you again to the Comfort Suites employees for yals help. Believe me a place to wait and something to drink can help out a lot.

We were put here by another hotel that had overbooked us. We loved it! The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and got us all checked in. The rooms were huge. We had 2 full beds and pull out sofas in our rooms and 2 televisions. Would recommend this hotel! Also the continental breakfast was lovely with eggs and meats and cereals and toast.

This hotel is taking great precaution cleaning and implementing mandatory masks inside the hotel itself. To access the pool/office/gym you need to make reservations and you have the whole place to yourself. The room was clean and comfortable and comes equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, desk and a large comfy bed and shower. The water definitely has a water softener because my hair was the smoothest it has ever been! Convenient Parking! Great value and great location! I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone wanting a good night sleep and a clean, peaceful atmosphere.

We booked in the area for 4 nights. Our first motel was so horrible was immediately began checking for a better one the next morning. This one was slightly more money but newer, nicer, and very clean. Rooms are HUGE and all the staff were super friendly. We don’t book through a third party nor do we leave items in the room when we check out so it would have been impossible to have the issues a couple reviewer’s posted. Since we physically checked several south Austin motels I feel confident this is by far the best in the area.

All the staff were so nice and wanting to make sure our stay was great. My only complaint about the local is that there was nothing close by,.within walking distance, to get food. The hotel only served breakfast so lunch and dinner were difficult. But the facility and staff were amazing.

This hotel gets 5 stars from me! The staff was very friendly well-above-average. The rooms were clean and smelled great. It was cool when I walked into it. The bathroom in the room was very clean. Breakfast was served hot and on time. There was coffee ready all day long! Great job all around!

Family friendly yet even couples friendly as I'm here with wife whom is a Nurse and in need of rest relaxation and anything normal. She has been sound asleep and actually sleeping with a smile. She said I love the mattress and was asleep before 69 seconds...will review again as one more night... Thank you Comfort so far so good..oh and really safe attentive staff /location...

This is a very nice property! The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Rooms were clean, gym was just what my mother and I needed to start our morning, and the breakfast to go got me through the day. It is close to the highway but you can't even hear it throughout the hotel. I'll be back for sure!

Good location right off the freeway. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed for business and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. A very good value for the price I paid.

Stayed here this past weekend and was very happy with the hotel. The room inside was very clean and spacious. I would say the only negative is if you stay on the side facing the freeway, it's a bit noisy, but nothing some ear plugs can't help with.

Also no breakfast because of Covid, but that's understandable. 10/10 would stay again.

This is a quite new hotel. Very clean. I went there many times when I was in Austin, TX, in March 2019, right before the pandemic hit. The hotel was already very clean and up-kept. Rooms are spacious and comfy beds. Service is very good. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special, but what you would expect from this kind of hotel.
The hotel is right by the I-35 so it is very easy to reach. I had rooms on the highway side and traffic never bother me. In summary, a good experience. I most probably would return here when back to Austin.

This is a brand new modern hotel. The rooms are spacious. The whole place is very attractive. Breakfast selection is good if you can overlook the powdered eggs and transparent bacon. Good value, so book early.

Nice, clean, good location, quiet, felt safe,and priced reasonably when I was there. The fella on the front desk was great to talk to and work with to accommodate what I needed. Just stayed one night, but will definitely be back.
