Joseph was incredibly helpful! After having multiple issues setting up cellular data on my new iPhone 15 at the Apple Store and another Verizon location, I decided to give this Verizon store a try. Within 10 minutes, Joseph set up my phone and I was out the door. He was professional, kind and knew what he was doing! I will definitely be back.

I went there to get a phone plan for my time in the US while I am travelling and even though it's a big chain, I felt like the guys there deserve a personal rating. Sarai helped me with my stuff and she was truly incredible! Advising and explaining the different plans to me with her honest opinions helped me a lot. She was so easy to talk to and definitely deserves a raise! ;)

Only By God's Grace; I live downtown, on LADYBIRD Lake/Trail! I had to go pay a bill only to Encounter The Best Service, One Couldn't Imagine, Hope, Even Pray OR Dream. 🛐 I will find the name of the young man who helped me but,For Now: He did absolutely everything I needed. He went Far Beyond What They Are Suppose To Do! I left there knowing I Exsist & Feeling....A Happiness I Couldn't Decribe.

I just wanted to share my amazing experience with Joseph today. I always dread when I have to make changes to my account because it typically takes a long time and it just boring to be honest. We were able to have fun and Joseph was able to make it look like it didn’t take that long. Knowledgeable and amazing staff altogether at this location. Chris was helping out where needed as well and just overall a great team. Thank you guys!!!

This location is definitely a Gem in the city. The level of Business professionalism and Hospitality is Top tier! Everyone was definitely friendly and Knowledgeable. Great job to this team! — other verizon stores could never.

Hello, Y'all... Verizon has become by far my go-to for cell service, and this location (on 5th St) is from now on my Favorite location. They're very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. On my most recent visit, I bought my new Air Pad Pro and left very Happy with it. Give these guys a chance, I'm pretty sure Y'all will share my assessment!

My phone quit working properly the day I traveled to Austin for a Keller Williams conference. Waiting to use my Asurion coverage wasn't an option. The Verizon representative did a fantastic job helping me choose a replacement for my current device and transferring data from my old to new phone.

I was extremely stressed when I arrived. My phone had a flickering green screen. It was inoperable. Sarai was extremely friendly, helpful and patient with all of my questions. She helped me to understand my available options. She walked me through the phone claim repair process to fix my current phone or purchase a refurbished phone. She also explained the differences between 3 brand new phones(features, cost, etc) including available accessories. I opted to take advantage of a trade-in offer and purchase a new phone. With her guidance & insight about the Smart Switch app, I successfully transferred my data. Top notch professionalism & customer service!

Fast, super helpful, great service! We went in to pay off a phone and pick out a new one. Julio showed us the models we were interested in, and explained the differences between them -- features, cost, performance, etc. He clearly knows his stuff! We were in and out in record time, too! Super friendly, great location, and quicker turnaround for customers who just need to make a purchase or pay a bill. We'll be back!

I've never been to a Verizon Express store but it was a great experience! Jonathan and Jesse were great in helping me out and it was really nice to use a kiosk and see everything myself. It was much easier than I thought to get a new phone and I'd be glad to do this again. Hope to see more of these in the future!

While traveling to Austin from out of state, we unfortunately had an issue with one of our phones and needed assistance from Verizon. Orlando, Amber, and Khalil especially went above and beyond to help us. They gave us incredibly valuable information, and guided us through the entire process of replacing the phone. The customer service was superb, and they undoubtedly had our best interest in mind. I am so appreciative and grateful for all they did to help us. Unmatched and unparalleled service at Verizon, this store's team is incredible. Thank you x a million!

Joseph Capetillo was absolutely amazing. He took his time to make sure all of my questions were answered and phones transferred smoothly— even texted me the next day when one task we couldn’t complete was available to complete.

Darlene was AMAZING!! She was very attentive and even stayed late to help with our phone transfer. 5/5 stars for sure!!

If you go to this shop they are all friendly and nice and helpful but zone in on Micole the guy from Alaska with a big beard - Exemplary customer service and a bloody nice guy to boot! thank you for your help!
