Baylor Scott & White Pharmacy #102

The employees at this pharmacy are the best! They are so friendly, helpful and professional. I has trouble finding a medication and the pharmacy tech called me several times until she was able to have the prescription transferred to baylor and filled. I've never had a pharmacy work so hard. Keep up the outstanding customer service!

Best pharmacy in town. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Never want to change pharmacies again.

I love this pharmacy, every single person there is friendly. I've never had a problem with my medication and they have it ready within minutes. Amy will work hard with prior authorization and will get the job done. Love them

The techs and pharmacist are extremely friendly. They know how to deal with insurance and prior authorizations that I never could figure out. Many thanks to them! HOWEVER, the parking is a nightmare, and if you’re disabled it turns going to the pharmacy a whole trip.

Self parking is horrible. There is valet service but it's terrible if you are just picking up a prescription and with the construction near the ER the parking is limited even further.

They take your prescribed medications, refuse to dispense it and insist on the pharmacist choosing a replacement medicine, even when the hospitality treating you wants your prescription dispensed to you.

The pharmacy is outstanding however all of that is negated by the nightmare of getting to it. It is the worst traffic pattern anyone could have ever imagine.

Cars, buses, taxis, construction trucks, patient drop off/pickup, and valet spaces (of course) are all trying to use the same small area. I guess no one thought of a shuttle from a more remote lot to reduce the traffic and congestion. Give yourself a half hour to park for any appointments or pick ups.

Today they added in a Baylor police officer to the mix. No matter how hard he tried to be the big man on campus, that little guy just tied up traffic even worse. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY until the long overdue parking structure is up and running.

I called up there to confirm how many medications I had to pick up and before I could ask her how much the co-pay is,she cut me off and didn't sound like she wanted to be there.
