I visited this office to register my vehicles for disabled veteran plates. The wait was minimal; I was eighth in line upon arrival and quickly self-checked in at their kiosk. I recommend reviewing their website and requirements beforehand for a smoother experience.

The staff provided a delightful customer experience, explaining the process and offering assistance in filling out forms. Although I initially couldn't find the disabled veteran plates forms, the first clerk kindly provided them when my ticket number was called.

The integrity of the first clerk held true, and the second clerk I worked with was awesome, providing valuable information. While you can sign up for an appointment online, I opted for a walk-in, which proved faster than waiting for a scheduled appointment.

Parking is easy, and they offer free WiFi. The proximity to my job was a definite plus!

I got good service here. Just beware that they close early if they’re backed up. If you’re going on a Friday, get there before 2PM. Drive through is open late for registration and simple tasks. Just have your insurance card printed.

Came here to get my title transfer paperwork done and DV plates taken care of. Wait time was short as walk-in, and the staff were super helpful, patient, and friendly. Highly recommend coming here to get your vehicle paperwork taken care of. Thank you to the staff for being so kind.

Great experience. I went here at 2:30pm on a Wednesday to get my car registered in Texas for the first and it took less than 20 minutes. Noemi Rodriguez was very kind, helpful, and patient. I would recommend going in before 3pm, because the waiting room was full by the time I left.

Had a great experience here. Walked in on a Friday morning and was in and out in 20 minutes for a new vehicle title.

This was the first time I've experienced the dmv after buying my first used car (yay!). The staff here are very kind and I had a wonderful lady, (Chantelle I think was her name), who was very patient with me as it was my first time going through a title transfer process. It was a very nice experience for me and I appreciated their kindness!

In and out in under 10 minutes (to get a new license plate and sticker). I arrived at 7:55 AM. There were 2 people waiting outside. At 7:59, an officer came out and showed us the QR code so that we could queue. The person that helped us at window 2 was swift and pleasant. It’s been stressful enough dealing with stolen license plates so I sincerely appreciate that this process was easy.

Went there in the AM. Left in about 15 min for a title lien removal.

Wow! Came at lunch for a title change, new plates and registration. So easy and quick! In and out in 15 minutes. The woman who helped me was very kind.

Great service, very attentive and professional. My wife went to get her handicap placard renewed and was very impressed with the staff and quick service she received. No waiting was a plus.
17 Aug 22 Update-I just renewed the vehicle registration on our Honda. I was signed in at the Lobby but a Deputy announced that there was no one at the drive through. I got into my vehicle and drove around the back and although there was a car ahead of me, it took less than 10 minutes to renew the registration. Many thanks to the Deputy who helped me get this done quickly.

Had to drive to three of these today, other ones were too crowded or didn't do registrations. Anyway this is the one you want to go to if you can, got handled in less than 5 mins, service was excellent, I was out of the door in 15 mins with both my registrations done. Polite and capable folks.

Had a great experience with them. The staff was professional and helpful. The whole registration process took less than 20 mins. There was no line as such. Wait time was less than 10 mins. I went in there in the morning around 9:30.

Outside of having a tricky door location, this staff has made my day drastically better! Sarah and Adrianna were absolutely wonderful to me through a very challenging registration process in which I was completely unprepared. It’s nice to see genuine compassion and find government employees who actually enjoy doing their job and laugh a little in the process.

I came to renew my registration for my vehicle around 1:30 PM on a Thursday. I was in and out within 10 minutes!

Arrived as a walk in at 11:38 on a Wednesday and walked out with my out of state car registered with my tags and new plates by 12:15! They were very helpful and patient!

Just moved to TX and had to register my car. When I arrived there was only one person ahead of me. About 15 minutes later it was lunchtime and the waiting room filled up. The clerk that helped me, Reyne was courteous and efficient. Just make sure you bring all the required documents.

Fast service! I got there expecting at least a 1hr wait time and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I can imagine that if they are busy you might wait a while, the office is tiny and with only about 3 service windows. But they seem fast and super efficient.

The wait was short, about 2-3 cars ahead of me in the drive -thru. The staff was very helpful and I got my task done quickly.
