Each time we've called for estimates they are very helpful! Prices are comparable and products are quality!

I ordered a load of wood siding for delivery. One-third of the boards had holes unsuitable for use. The manager drove his personal vehicle to deliver the replacements (needed 9, he brought 10) which he personally inspected each one for holes and told me to keep the rejects that I tried to return to him to use as I saw fit. I don't often see that kind of customer service, but it was nice to see it is still being practiced today. Thank you, Sir!

I read the reviews and don't understand the comments about poor customer service. I'm in there at least a couple of times a month and I'm always greeted and asked if I need help finding anything. Try getting anything like customer service at Lowe's or Home Depot.
