A MUST!!! They have a spectacular selection. Their cakes, cookies, pastries, and savory dishes are worth the drive. It may not look like much on the outside but the product is delicious and they are priced reasonably. I will definitely be back. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They have options for a whole cake or a slice. You can pre-order. They have gluten free options available too! There's no way you're going to leave here disappointed. They may run out of your favorite item, since everything is made daily so get there early!

There is a reason this bakery has stayed open for decades. They have really good baked goods! Famous for their Black Forest dacquoise cake, but have so many other great items. Croissant pastry with cream cheese filling - perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. I could say the same for every pastry they sell. Follow their social media. Order Black Forest early in the holiday season. Great experiences at the shop. Highly recommend!

I usually make our birthday cakes, but since I'm recuperating, I decided to buy a professional one for a change, so I visited this bakery for the first time.

Wow! It's simply luscious. The scents, the warm welcome, the choices and displays... I wanted one of everything!

In the end I chose a double chocolate raspberry cake. But I ended up with a sampler of the other goodies. I wish I had taken a picture before we consumed a few things. Lol

I'm so grateful I was ill last week! Haha. This place is perfect.

I walked in and got their new white chocolate raspberry cake and it is delicious! They added writing and were very accommodating. Frosting was perfect. On my soul.

Stopped in to try the coffee and the caprese baked good. Picked up the black forest cake slice to try at home. Nice snack and Will have to return to try more savory and sweet offerings.

We used to visit here when we were kids over 30 years ago. Went back to get their delicious S menrangue cookies but they don't have them any more. Settled for several different pastries that were as delicious as we remember! Glad this classic is still serving delicious treats!

This is my spot! I haven't tried their lunch or breakfast menus as yet, but the cupcakes, muffins, and rolls are so good. The counter ladies are really good. They actually have 3-4 ladies at the counter, so you don't wait very long, even at peak times. Counter helpers are knowledgeable about their many products. You can sample some items before buying. They are the bomb and worth the trip.

The Philly cheese steak was the best thing on the menu today! Super tender meat great cheese sauce nice fresh roll. 😋 I was not impressed with my corned beef sandwich I thought it was dry. Black Forest cake slice and pastries were so delicious

I've been searching for a good croissant since moving to Texas 3 years ago. I finally stumbled on this place and I'm so thrilled I kept looking. Might be the best I've ever tasted. It's so good I drive up from Waxahachie to get yummiest every chance I get. Makes me want to move to Fort Worth!

I have been going to SPS for years for their Black Forest cake and breakfast pastries. The food and staff are always delightful. This past weekend they made my SIL’s baby shower cake. It was PERFECT. Tasted as great as it looks. Very meticulously decorated for a reasonable price.

We've been buying cakes from the Swiss Pastry Shop for years and it never disappoints. The restaurant inside is closed, but the bakery is still running full steam ahead with amazing pastries and cakes. Highly recommend the black forrest cake.

Fort Worth is limited on bakeries, but Swiss Pastry is excellent. All of their pastries are made on site. My only criticism would be too much whipped cream and not enough pastry cream. 😁 Much better than Bluebonnet!

I tried this bakery as a random choice, because I needed a Good German Chocolate Birthday cake for my son. I called and talked to Barbara a couple of times and she was super helpful and kind, then I was able to message some details with the decorating team to add some extra details to the cake. They were very professional and passionate about helping me get what I had in mind. The cake was fresh, moist, and delicious!!!! My son loved it and the rest of us did too! My only thought other than wonderful was that the cake seemed kind of … short? Or small? But I would definitely order again from this bakery, maybe upsize next time.Thanks Swiss Bakery for a great Job 👏

We picked up their signature Black Forest Cake (Uncake) to celebrate a friend's birthday. Coming from Austin, this was my first time trying this cake and I'm absolutely devastated that this is a Fort Worth only shop. It was delicious and I'm going to have to visit town more often for this sweet treat.

Edit: I was driving from Austin to Arkansas and I knew what I had to do...I ordered and picked up the Black Forest Cake when I passed through :) It survived a 6+ hr drive quite successfully without an ice chest and now I have gotten more friends obsessed with a cake that they can't get in Arkansas.

Swiss Pastry Shop has this delicious cake that you have gotta try! It's called the Black Forest Cake. I was recommended this cake by many others, and I'm here recommending it to you.

For a couple of my friends, they thought it was too sweet and heavy, but for me, I absolutely loved it. If you have a sweet tooth like myself, this is a must-try.
