Had a wonderful time. I've been going there for over 50 years. My granddaughter had her birthday party there for years. So relaxing a great place for family with kids. Most people that go there are kind and courteous.

Hot days and a 69 degree spring fed and filtered water whats not to love? This former gold fish hatchery is a gem in FoWo. They have police on sight so it’s plenty safe. They are strict no alcohol and will search your coolers. Lots of places to cook out, small playground, volleyball courts. $2 all day pass gets you into the bouncy blob. The food was surprising good and well priced. Deepest part of the lake is 20ft deep so perfect for that high dive and trapeze. Some of the places in the soil was a little rocky and hurts a bit to step on but over a fun place.

Our first time here and it was in their last day of the year, labor day. For labor day, they held a sale for the last 3 hours where all food was half priced. They had a surprisingly impressive selection of food and some unexpected convenience items in the store like grilling utensils and buns. Lots of diving boards, slides, etc. Though there were lots of people there, the water wasn't crowded. Really enjoyed our time there and for $15 per person, it was good outing. A nice little escape without leaving Fort Worth.

Best swimming hole in FTW! Clean, cool, freshwater swimming with lots of slides and diving boards. Great for kids of all ages. No booze, $15 a person.

We had a great time at Burgers Lake. It was very hot and full but not too packed. No alcohol is allowed but otherwise you're free to bring in food, drinks, grills, tents, chairs, etc. Come early if you want to stake out a great spot but there's places throughout the parking areas. The lifeguards are top notch especially in the deep areas with diving boards and swings. I highly recommend it as a cross between a lake trip and a water park trip!

We love Burgers.... We come often over the summer. We usually try to bring our own food and drinks and grill there, but they do have a great selection of food. Kids always have fun. Very family oriented atmosphere which I love. Lots of guards, you feel very safe there.

This place was amazing. My son and niece loved it! I was a little worried because of some of the reviews I read so I had to go for myself and was not disappointed. It’s $15 per person to get in. You can bring your own food and drinks (no alochol allowed) or they have a snack bar that serves burgers, hotdogs, pizza and ice cream and more. The place is located in a wooded area with picnic tables all over. You pick the location you want and you can also grill. I highly recommend water shoes. The bottom of the lake is sandy. They have a swing, diving boards and slides. Have fun! Summertime Summertime 😎

Great place for family and friends. They have shaded areas, picnic tables, grills, and lounge chairs. $15 per person above the age of 7, I believe and $5 for 6 and younger. You're allowed to take coolers with your own food but they also sell food there as well. Floats are available for rent but you can also take your own.

Really nice place to go with the family. Safe, convenient parking spaces, clean, a lot of ways to spend a day out.
They will confiscate any alcoholic beverages so do not take them with you. But they have grills, air hose, tables, chairs, so you can cook of buy their food, not many options, you can take all that you and your family like in or out a cooler.
The police is there to ensure that everyone is conducting themselves correctly and not alcohol is consumed as per their regulations.
Of course, during the pandemic, you must wear a face covering mask when social distance is not possible, out of the water and at the vendors stands.

Took my boys last Saturday and we all enjoyed it. Very clean, seating is spaced out, and water wasn't packed. Very nice family place. Definitely going back!
UPDATE: we've been back several times and every time was a different experience but none bad. Get there early because it does get packed and once they reach capacity they stop allowing entry. There's not really much area for small kids who can't swim.

Went Friday and Saturday. It's a pretty awesome tiny man-made beach. Makes you wanna keep this place a secret so it doesn't get too packed! $15 dollars a person is a good price, but charging extra for the bounce pad and attractions is tacky and it sucks to wait in line half an hour at the concession stand to purchase 5 minutes of recreation. The prices are good, $5 to rent a floatation tube for a couple hours, the food is reasonably priced and you can affordably feed your family on delicious burgers or pizzas at the concession stand. A nice change from the usual price gouging that happens in places like these.

Pros: Affordable! great place to stay cool, sand castles! Safe, they hire lifeguards around the clock. Slides are awesome. Paletas!

Cons: long wait times, especially on weekends. No alcohol allowed.

Great place. You can bring your own cooler of drinks and food. There are picnic tables and grills available with some trees nearby for shade. The slides are great. The water is good for all ages. There are kid-sized and adult slides. The deeper swimming areas are marked off. There are plenty of lifeguards around the swimming area as well as security guards and police officers to keep everyone safe. The cost is $15 a person to enter.

Amazing little water hole to swim in. This man made lake is perfect for anyone looking for cool and cleaner than your average lake would be.
It wasnt too crowded for it being as hot as it was, I never felt like I didnt have room to move around.
They have multiple thing to keep older and younger people happy. The trapeze swing was especially fun! They had multiple diving board with multiple heights as well as slide big enough for adults and small enough for toddlers.
I did not try their food, but it looks like good concession food.

Fun experience for the whole family! I love how they do regular safety checks. Absolutely no alcohol is allowed. Whis is pretty cool, in my opinion.

As a first time visitor to Dallas, I have to say I loved it! Lots of fun for kids, the cannon tubes shooting water is a brilliant concept and was a BIG hit with all of us. A clean beach area combined with clean refreshing water to swim in felt delightful. I also took note that the lifeguards were seriously watching over the kids , a most important part of any venue that includes water. We had 10 little ones with us so we all appreciated that their focus was on safety. The numerous grilling areas and shade covered picnic tables were a huge plus for our large family of 22! Being the delicate flower that I am, if there was a negative it would be that it was as hot as a jalapeno! We loved our visit!

Awesome, hidden gym of a swimming hole! Lots of fun for all ages…beaches to lay out and tan for older “kids”, all the way down to playgrounds for the younger toddlers. Great concession selection at decent prices.

Out of selfishness I didn't want to share how great this place is because then it's be totally packed out! Seriously this is one of the best hidden gems in the metroplex. A throwback to days gone by with diving boards located on a dock that you swim out to. Two high dives, a rope swing (hang on!) concession stand, real lifeguards, clean, lots of tables, green grass, sand, BBQ pits, accessible bathrooms, clean fresh water to swim in, it's all here! When I was a kid these amenities were standard but not anymore, except here! I loved the rope swing and diving boards as I can still do flips! You can bring your own food, but their's is great too with hamburgers, snow cones, drinks and all the regular concession stand goodies. BEST PLACE EVER! For you parents out there that let your kids litter and pee in the water, don't come here and ruin it for everyone else!

What a great way to spend the day. I felt very safe and comfortable it is a inviting and generous environment. This is absolutely a gem of Fort Worth tucked near the Ridgemar Mall. They have plenty of facilities including a snack bar with Dippin Dots, bathrooms, picnic benches and grills. There is plenty of shade and plenty of seating so it does not seem crowded. The pool has plenty of lifeguards and it is a very safe environment where they stop everybody and do a head count every 3 hours. This is the type of place you can spend more than 5 hours at, easily. It is spring fed so the water is very cold and very clean. I will definitely be going again. Just a mention there is no alcohol allowed on premise and they do check coolers.
