Very nice and friendly pharmacy. Worked with me on matching prices. Ive been there twice so far and my prescriptions have not taken longer than 5 minutes to fill.

FINALLY!!!! A pharmacy that takes time to talk you. Took my prescription and was ready in less than 5 minutes. I had questions, were answered and didn’t feel rushed. This pharmacy is very clean! The pharmacist and employee were very nice.
I’m done with Walmart, CVS and Walgreens!

I don’t like this place at all. First time user of this pharmacy and I was treated like a drug addict. I was filling a controlled substance- Klonopin so I understand they have rules but this was over the top. I’ve never been treated like I was treated here.

He started asking me about prescriptions and places I had filled prescriptions over a year ago. I’ve been getting Klonopin for several years. I never called in scripts early or “lost my scripts”. Yeah I might have taken a script in a few days early Bc of convenience but that’s it.

The main guy- the Chinese guy- was the one looking up my prescription history over a year ago. And then quizzing me on it? Like how is that relevant or any of your business? I had a prescription from a legit doctor with a legit DEA number. Fill your customers scripts and move on. As long as the history doesn’t show multiple fills in the same month or different doctors, why are you badgering people like me?

He tried to make me out to be a drug seeker or something. It didn’t work and I just think he’s pathetic for it. All it did was lose that pharmacy business from me and a few of my friends because after hearing that, they don’t wanna go there anymore either.

He was trying to make me wait until Thursday or Friday to fill my script (it’s Tuesday today). I just went and picked it up, told him I was taking my business elsewhere and went to a different pharmacy who treated me like a normal person, how it should be. I got my script with no issues. It’s so pathetic how people are.

With so many options out there to fill RX’s, places like this should have way better customer service. I’m happy I’ll never see that guy again.
