Altitude Trampoline Park at Cityview

It’s our favorite trampoline park to enjoy with my daughter and friends for many reasons:
1. It’s a clean place.
2. They have a nice staff .
3. You can feel safe because the people following the instructions and the staff always is alert.
4. Good prices for snacks and food.
5. Clean restrooms even though the place are crowded.
6. Great parties with nice staff who are helping you all the time, so you just have to enjoy the party and share with your guests.
7. They have a different activities for all ages.
8. It’s a big place and has a good lighting.

Definitely I recommend this place for everyone.

First time here and it was awesome! Had my daughters bday party here and the host we had did great! I really wish I could remember her name! She took care of ABSOLUTELY everything!! She was very talkative with me which was a HUGE plus! I actually liked this place a whole lot better than Urban Air! This place had a great atmosphere and wasn't ran by teenagers who didn't care! I will definitely be coming back here! Shout out to Southern Balloon Emporium Godley, TX for our amazing Pokémon wall!

Awesome my older grandson and grandaughter and daughter we celebrate grandson birthday. Yup he is 28. Sooooo much fun for us all.

OMGGGGG some serious fun! Want to wear the kiddos out, take them here. Several different areas with multiple activities to enjoy. Dodge ball, basketball, zip lining, foam pits, etc. Must sign a waiver of course and also the socks to wear if participating. They have snacks and beverages to purchase. A little pricey but what do you expect 🤷🏽‍♀ Party areas and clean restrooms. You can purchase tickets online or inside. They have times when it is glowing. There's also a membership available for $10 a month which is super cool.The young lady at the front desk is always so nice, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely continue to go back!

Veronica was the best during our visit!! We had my little brothers birthday party here and she helped out with everything during our time there, she definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!! Great atmosphere, clean, fun, and definitely a great place to host a bday party for the kiddos

Great family time!!! Good deals and so much to do. Staff are very nice and helpful. Kids have a great time and get all their energy out!!!!

Joseph was awesome. After falling in the pit of foam he jumped in to help us grow adults find our lost belongings and he did it with a smile on his face. This man deserves a raise the way he represents this business. Thank you Joseph.

My daughter has a membership here & it’s a great place for her & her cheer friends to work on their tumbling. The staff is always super friendly. The restrooms are always clean & they have plenty of cold drinks & snacks. I like it!

Great indoor trampoline park with excellent associates to help everyone and keep the kids in somewhat of a line. Everyone was happy and had a great birthday party.

My girls bounce here several times a week and love the exercise. The membership rate is very affordable and allows for discounts when bringing friends as a guest and purchasing snacks.

Great place for grandma to take the kids! Kids definitely have a blast here! If you like taking pictures it’s quite a colorful place!

Shout out to Rosa and the whole Altitude crew working on Friday, September 8th! I booked my sons birthday party online for Ft. Worth thinking it was the city view location only to find out it was for the one in Keller! Rosa handled the situation professionally and calmly and helped ease my very stressed out self! She turned what was almost a catastrophe into an amazing experience! The whole staff there was kind and professional. Very pleased!

What an amazing treat after a week of being snowed in! This place is great!!! 4 separate themed areas, including a space for the toddlers, and all for 10 bucks a month!?

Everything was amazing from beginning to end! We purchased the Elite party package online and the booking process was seamless. The Sunset Room was clean, spacious, and centrally located in the downstairs area of the park. Erica called a few days before to confirm guests, party supplies, food, etc which I appreciated. Our party host, Ty, was the best! I was most pleased that she had all decorations set up upon arrival and ensured we were taken care of during our time at the park. Each staff member we encountered was pleasant and professional. Recommend 10/10!

Great experience with my kiddos, 4 and 6. It was my first time here and I really appreciated the staff was friendly, involved, and attentive.
I especially want to give a shout-out to to Tai, who was welcoming and friendly when we checked in- I even saw her joining in trampoline races with the kids! Cianna did a great job of making sure kids were following the rules, and did so in a respectful and friendly manner.
The atmosphere is much more low-key and relaxed than Urban Air, and with the staff being so much more attentive here, I will definitely be back!

Had our kids' birthday here this year. The party planner, front desk and designated party host were all AMAZING. Friendly, professional, amazing service at every level. I haven't had a smooth running party with a kid in years- this place was affordable and we didnt have any issues. We will definitely consider them for future birthday parties!

Great place for fun and adventure with the kids. Staff is nice and professional. Plenty of things to do for very young to middle age. Compared to other similar parks this one is upper-middle with attractions.
