This family owned business says hello to you by name when you walk in the door and they also wish you well when you leave! It makes you feel like family too!

Overall, this gym is impeccably clean with a very positive atmosphere and environment! The staff is helpful and answers any and all questions. I spend about 1- 2 hours a day here, 5x a week, and it's a pleasure!

This is my happy place! The staff is great, it’s always nice and clean. I am part of what I call the morning workout crew no mater the time of early morning it is you see smiles , fist bumps, hard working people that take care of themselves. I often come in during staffed hours as well and Chris is there to greet me. I have been training with Brandon for about 4 months and his dedication to my goals that we set in the beginning for my journey are all unfolding and I feel so much stronger and healthier. It’s nice to have someone that truly cares about accomplishments and seeing that I follow through. It’s a great gym ! Come try it out !

I have to say this is the friendliest group of staff I've ever met which is a good way to start. Aside from Chris and family asking how I'm doing every time that I come in it's easy to see there's a genuine care on their part. Great family that works hard to provide a clean environment for all of their customers. Anytime that I've been there at least one person is cleaning and keeping the place smelling good. Bigger gyms could learn a lesson from the way it's done here but I doubt they will because it starts with the people. Job well done Workout Anytime Lake Worth, Tx.!

Came from a pretty larger competitor focused gym, but I have to say switching to here has been nice! Owners and staff are super polite and the gym itself is very clean and packed with some really neat features. Look to stay here awhile!

Great place to workout at a low monthly price, no contract required. They have a great selection of equipment and usually there’s no waiting around even though it’s not the biggest gym. Very friendly staff that don’t haggle you about masks too which is the best when working out.

Love this gym! Super clean and perfect temp inside to still be able to break a sweat!

I've been at this gym since they were allowed to reopen after COVID and here's why I love going to this gym:

- Very clean (owners are constantly cleaning and the majority of the members are constantly wiping down their own equipment. Restrooms stay clean and functional also!)
- Friendly & helpful staff (family ran so they know you by name and get to know you personally)
- Friendly members (TRUE no judgment zone here, members are friendly and helpful, plus most every member goes normally and you get to know them)
- Never so busy that you can't get your workout in (I've never had to skip a workout due to it being too busy)
- Functional equipment (owners keep the equipment functional and replace damaged or worn equipment)
- Securely open 24x7 (badge access for after staffed hours and cameras around the gym that the owners monitor)
- Best membership prices ($20 for the cheapest plan) & no contacts (what more can you ask for??)
- 2 tanning beds (lying and standing) and 2 hydromassage beds available for $10 more a month

The list could go on and on... love this gym!!! Join up, you won't regret it!

Always clean and a great team operating the gym.

No more excuses about time because the fitness center is closed, gym contracts, and costly membership. The workout equipment/machines are well maintained and as another reviewer stated, the facility is very clean. After an intense workout or just want to relax your muscles, there are two (2) massage beds available to soothe those tight/aching muscles. Also available, as part of your membership, is Styku Assessment & Success Sessions. As explained to me, it is an important part of monitoring and achieving your fitness goals. Trainers are available to work with you on assessing and achieving your goals. The thing I enjoy most, is entering the fitness center when the staff is there and being greeted as a family member. That's priceless to me.

My first time getting gym membership here around two years ago and the best gym I’ve ever been! It’s owned by a family business and the staff & management are very friendly and welcoming!

The gym equipment is clean and in great condition! Love the hydromassage chairs and the gym membership is very affordable especially if you’re a college student like me! It’s very close to home for those who live around the area and opens 24/7.

This gym is the best thing going! Not too big... Not too small... Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. Excellent and state-of-the-art equipment that actually WORKS. Gym is always clean. Good positive atmosphere for beginners to advanced workout pros. Not corny and bubble gum like Planet Fitness, but not “Jock Central” like Metroflex. My trainer Joseph is an amazing trainer. He’s encouraging, but very much so holds me accountable and very knowledgeable about different exercises and form that gets results. Can’t recommend him enough!!! Great family atmosphere, as I have made some pretty good friends just from working out there. Great place for men and women to feel respected and to accomplish fitness goals. Membership rates are AWESOME too!!

I enjoy the flexibility of going to this gym whenever I want or need to. The amount of other patrons varies and does not seem to fit a pattern. The gym has a great variety of workout equipment/machines. They also offer 3D scanning.

This gym has really good atmosphere, cleanliness, and equipment for the price. Having nice employees and being open 24/7 are also huge advantages. The main thing serious lifters might miss is a deadlift platform, but other than that I love what I get for the price I pay!

Smaller gym that's always super clean. I always go around 4-5am, so never too many people.

Good location. Friendly staff. Always ✨CLEAN✨ bathrooms, equipment, floors, everything. I love the size of the gym too, I’ve been to other gyms that are super big and I don’t really feel that comfortable like I do on this one. I’ve been to 8 different gyms my whole life and so far this one is the best from my point of view. If I ever move somewhere else, it would be difficult to find a gym like this. If I could add 1 thing to the gym would be: A Hack Squat Machine. That’s it. Everything else it’s there.

I never could find a gym that I felt even remotely comfortable in, until I found this one. The gym and the equipment is clean, the staff are amazing, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable, and, of the members I have met so far, they are awesome and welcoming as well. Thank y'all for making me feel at home and helping me to get comfortable with all this. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home gym!!!

The gym is always so clean and the staff are always so happy, warm and inviting! The front desk staff try their best to remember your name and provide continued encouragement. The equipment is well maintained, and there is a large selection to meet any work out need.
