Perspire Sauna Studio

I absolutely love going to Perspire! I always leave the studio feeling better than when I arrived. The staff at both the Eagle and Boise locations are amazing and always happy to assist you. I would encourage anyone to go to an infrared sauna session at Perspire and see how they like it.

I like the entire experience. The variety of temps and colors is unique. I really like the TV. It helps the time go by as you sweat away stress and calories. The rooms are a great size. The added showers are a plus over the Eagle location. I'd definitely comeback. The only downside is the lack of parking as with all of downtown Boise businesses.

I loved it, the girls are very knowledgeable and friendly. I went in for muscle pain and I felt so good afterwards. Definitely going back

I’m posting under my sons name, but my name is Joyce Cummings and I love to say that the studio is amazing! I went in for a free session today and did sign up for future use because it was worth it. Best experience I’ve had so far with any chain establishment, as far as scheduling, convenience and there was no harassing you to sign up - there was absolutely no pressure! I believe that’s because they know they’re worth it and they don’t have to fight to convince you. Great job Perspire, I am impressed.

Love~love~love this studio! Visiting a sauna is such an important part of a wellness routine. There are various light colors for what your body needs at that moment. You can adjust the temperature, lights and television channel. The Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job keeping the studio clean as well. You get 4 towels in your room - one is super cold and smells of eucalyptus. It's my reward after the sweat session. I highly recommend you check it out for a $20 visit.

I cannot recommend this place more. AMAZING atmosphere. FANTASTIC staff. SUPER clean. And all around tranquility. I feel like a whole new person when I leave a sauna session. Each room is compleatly private and the perfect way to relax and better your mental & physical health.

The entire staff is sooooo friendly. They make you feel so welcomed. They always have the room ready (even when I'm early). The entire place is always extremely clean & well kept. I love using the sauna, and feel wonderful after. It's very relaxing and I love that I can watch TV during it. I love this place so much that I go almost every day!

The host was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She made the experience very enjoyable! Thank you for making things happen as they should!

The best Sauna experience I’ve had so far. The environment is pleasant and the sauna is more comfortable and spacey then most businesses I’ve been to like this. The showers in certain rooms help out a lot to for after your sauna session.

This has done wonders for my post surgery/ ptsd healing. And my skin looks as amazing as I feel from my daily visits. I can’t recommend this IR sauna experience enough.

The facility, services, and friendly and informed staff are amazing. Only pitfall is the location comes with downtown traffic and the quest for parking. Free parking would be a treat.

I SO look forward to my sessions! Between the Netflix and private shower and freezing eucalyptus towel post sweat sesh, I would do this several times a week if I didn’t work OOT. I love my time at Perspire 😃

Just an awesome experience. First you get a great a friendly staff when you check in that are very knowledgeable in what they do and the benefits it brings to use their services. Then you walk back to a room that is very clean and neat. It is very relaxing when you walk in. I personally like having the shower in the room so you can take a quick rinse off. I can’t speak any more higher. You should absolutely give them a try!

Love this place! I’ve been noticing that I’m less achy after running and working out. The staff is great.

Super clean and staff is friendly. I don't like traditional saunas, but the IR saunas here feel less hot, yet you still sweat out those nasty toxins. TVs and showers are great!

Staff is very welcoming. I didn’t think I was going to sweat but I did. I will definitely be back!

The owners and staff were all super friendly and helpful. The saunas they offer are the best I’ve used and the infrared light feature is amazing. Differently recommend if you’re dealing with injury or looking for a new sauna spot!

Being an athlete that has had many different sauna experiences this is the best one I have ever had!!
Using the infrared light is a game changer.
They also have a TV with the ability to watch Netflix and other things which is what really put it over the top for me!!
