I am a military veteran and I needed er care immediately. Went here and for the very first time in months I'm PAIN free. Even if it don't last long I'm up and been out walking n talking n feeling human. Thank you to the check-in the intake the nurse the doc the lab tech(gentle giant) oh heck just all of y'all. My heartfelt thank you n may the Lord God bless you all. Still not in pain. 😘😁

The experience with everyone that we encountered was more than stellar! From the emergency room attendant, the technicians, nutrition, housekeeping and the doctors, everyone was extremely professional, empathetic and caring. I cannot say enough about the excellent staff of floor 3 in building B. I wish I could thank you all personally for everything that you did to make our stay a little less stressful. You are all unsung heroes! God bless each of you!

I had adrenalectomy surgery at medical city April 17 and it couldn’t have gone any better. The nurses and doctors were great. I highly recommend medical city for any medical needs. Surgeon Jay Patel was great.

My experience with the kidney transplant team before, during and post surgery has been excellent. The staff including the front desk, lab technicians, co-ordinators and doctors are experienced, courteous, compassionate, caring and listen well to the patient's needs. I was on the wait list only for a few months before the transplant surgery. I highly recommend the patient care at this medical facility.

I am here again 2 yrs later. I want to give a 👍💯 to the staff on the 2nd floor (room 2314) These ladies have all been amazing, professional, informative, courteous & caring. We are from Granbury & I will always be a Dr Ward/Medical City Ft Worth supporter! Thank you all for your outstanding quality service! ❤

Hello, this is Mrs.Johnson, I was a patient on 12-06-23, took to the E.R. due to heart issues & seizures.
I want to take this time to say I’m so grateful as well as thankful to encounter such a wonderful staff in the E.R. Such wonderful people, from the doctors, nurses, aides. They all showed compassion and genuine dedication to my needs as a patient. I can’t remember everyone’s name who attended to me, but it doesn’t matter, they all know who worked that night. I believe I was in rm 2021(not sure). Afterwards I was transferred to rm 440(I think), but if info is incorrect, charge it to my mind not my heart. I really wish I could remember everyone’s name, for some reason Chelsea name I remember, but in any case, ALL nursing staff that worked that floor was exceptionally professional, they exemplified such great service/care, oh I do remember Roderick, he was very respectful in doing his job. All who performed & assisted in my procedure was very professional and comforting.
I know I did a lot of joking & carrying on with laughter with everyone, especially the nurses & aides. Also, let’s not forget housekeeping staff, very important as well, great job in keeping room cleaned.
To all who had an encounter with me, THANK YOU SO MUCH for your genuine support and kindness and ensuring me, I was in great hands. The God be the Glory, may God continue to be a guiding light unto your path. May your holiday season be filled with joy and blessings, again, THANK YOU to EVERYONE, hopefully I didn’t leave anyone out. My apologies for missing the checkup calls,

Kudos to the staff at the FW Medical Center. I started my journey in the Emergency Room and ended up staying 5 days on the Cardio floor. Everyone from Rosie who brought my meals, to the excellent nurses (Jason, Beatriz, Serish, Princess, Emily and others) Drs. Smith, Westbrook and Chandra treated me with the utmost respect, kindness and professionalism.,it’s not the newest hospital and there are things that need to be updated (towels and tissue) but it was clean and comfy. In this day and time it is so easy to be lax and unkind, but these people seem to make it their duty and wish to make sure I was comfortable and heard. Every single one of them said to let them know if I needed anything before they left the room.

The nurses and doctors have always taken good care of my family. Dr. Ciobanu is wonderful and nurse Frank (ER) and nurse LoKie are so sweet and compassionate.

I recently had a Total Knee Replacement at Medical City Surgical Center. I can not say enough great things about this hospital. From the front desk clerk to the post op nurse. Excellent treatment. A huge shoot out to nurse coordinator, Nicole who was and has been amazing.
I’m planning on getting my other knee done soon and will definitely be using Medical City Surgical Center again!

Jonathon and latanya (LT ) from ER were amazing and so gentle and kind . Lt made me laugh and smile , the ER needs more people like her ! Great job and god bless y’all for the rest of y’all’s lives .

My Husband and I both agreed it is the best hospital we have dealt with. Everyone, from the young man who checked us in to every nurse we dealt with were the kindest and most professional people we have ever met. Everyone cared about both of us as if we were family. We hope that you appreciate them as much as we do. Everything was clean and fresh and so many smiles we are still talking about the experience. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to praise each one of them. The only problem I have is with the portal. 😉 I was in and now I am not? Have a wonderful day!

The nursing staff provided amazing care!! The team of drs were caring and kept me informed every step of the way. Every single person on staff no matter the position was kind, compassionate and always asked if there anything they could do for me. This atmosphere made it easier to handle the health issues I was experiencing.

I stayed here after having my surgery and I can't say enough about how kind and caring every single staff member was. This is an amazing hospital with great doctors and nurses

This hospital and staff is outstanding. They hit the ground running and didn't fail to deliver. The docors and staff took their time to explain everything to us at a very scary time. They all went above and beyond.

Medical City White Settlement was the best ER experience I've ever had. Which is saying a lot since I've been though my fair share of injuries. I recently broke my ankle and the ER doc and nurses were awesome! I was seen quickly, xrays were done within 15 minutes of arriving, and they had me splinted and out the door in 1.5 hours. The staff was kind and caring. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They took time to listen to my concerns and talk me through all of the medical info. I am so pleased with this ER and would recommend it to anyone in need!

Our family has had 2 experiences with MC of Fort Worth for our mother. The last visit was an emergency visit and we did not have to wait long once we all got there. We found the staff to be extremely caring. Doctor Yu talked with us, gave us insight, and listened to us. The staff & nurses were responsive and helpful as we needed. They asked if we needed anything every time they were in the room. I recommend this hospital as they are knowledgeable and responsive.

The staff at MCFW were amazing. I arrived early for my procedures, and I was able to be seen and have them completed far ahead of the estimated time of departure. I appreciate staff who not only enjoy their careers but have excellent bedside manner. Thank you for your staff being professional and caring as you cannot find this at many other facilities nowadays.

Received exception care Wednesday night -Friday afternoon on 6 east. The nurses and leadership team treated me like more than a number , person or patient. They treated me like a family member. They not only focused on my physical needs they were also there for my mental needs. Nurse Meaghan , Pascal ,Brandon were phenomenal. They brought laughter and smiling faces into the room. Also ce ce the pct was exceptional. I have so much to say about the amazing team I had from my hospitalist bahador parham , Brent David Michener surgeon , pre op nurse , and OR Nurse (Daniel or David “cannot fully remember “) to the unit clerks all were wonderful. It was my first ever surgery and hospital stat and I have nothing but good things to say.
