Melissa and the team are great to work with. It took a long time to find a mechanic that we could trust. I’m glad we found Austin Automotive about five years ago. They do excellent work.They have saved us so much money on car repairs…. Especially for those times where a dealership wanted to charge us outrageous fees for repairs that might not be necessary or could wait. I recommend them to everyone I talk to that needs automotive work done.

Melissa and her team have been the only mechanics across several states for over a year now to officially and completely diagnose my vehicle. My Pacifica had a leaking washer fluid tank, that they identified and replaced within a few hours, to a very reasonable price. Melissa was truly a pleasure to deal with. I will come back again for any repairs needs for sure!

I just moved here two weeks ago from out of state when a bunch of lights came on my dashboard. I posted to a Facebook group asking for recommendations of where to take it and I was told Austin’s Automotive was the best. After I picked up my oldest from school, I took it here and everyone was SO helpful. We got it fixed in less than 24 hours & with it being our only vehicle, I was so thankful. I highly recommend them myself now and will come back if we ever have more car issues!

The mechanics went above and beyond to locate the source of the problem with my car. In fact, they fixed a sensor that had been causing me headaches for a few months. I paid a very reasonable price which made me so happy. I'm going to use their services again for my second vehicle.

I've always had great experiences at the three different locations I've gone to but Melissa is truly great at her job at this location they never try to upcharge or make up some part you need replaced. Always happy with my service here. I've had my 2001 f350, and my 98 jeep cherokee serviced here. They are truly among the best.

I was having a maintenance issue with my car and i was getting the run around from other places around Austin. After being a little stressed out about not knowing a place to take my car, i was recommended to try AAS. They took care of me for 1/4th the price other places were trying to scam me for. Had the dreaded 300 codes on several code readers On the college kids Lexus RX 300. We took it to Austin Automotive Specialists on North 183 . They correctly diagnosed needing plugs and coils all of which were in terrible shape. Strongly recommended an intake manifold gasket set since they are already going to be in that part of the engine They had it done on time and it runs like a top.
