Seth the guy at curbside is just amazing. No matter what happens (item out of stock, one time they missed some items, ect.) he is always more than happy to help. Normally everything runs smoothly but stuff happens, we are all human. I don’t think I would continue to shop at this H‑E‑B if he and others like him weren’t there to help. I guess unless he’s given a promotion that he so clearly deserves. Easy access to food is something most of us take for granted, I feel lucky to have the curbside team, especially Seth, at this H‑E‑B there to make it fast and easy.

Fastest in-and-out HEB I've ever been in I've already come to love dislocation versus the other H-E-B locations cuz of the way they arranged things I was able to quickly get in grab what I wanted at the sushi bar and she'll check out and get out in under 5 minutes which is unheard of at any of the other H-E-Bs also was able to go to the back and get some meat love the way they organised this especially with the way they organised an entire aisle for the alcoholic beverages as well as making it easy to get in and out of this place!

Texas tradition, HEB is hard to beat. From partners that are very helpful to great prices, no use in going anywhere else. You can't travel too far in any direction when you see HEB. Growing company that treats their partners great.

Had an issue with an Instacart order. They put my order in the fridge while I contacted support. Then brought it back to the front for me after. Very helpful, and friendly employees. 👍🏼

HEB is a marvel. The Mi Tienda products are so good, as are many other HEB brand items.
If you travel across the country, notable notably to the northeast, you'll find doubled prices, which I don't understand, and realize how spoiled you can be with something as commonplace as a grocery store.
The staff are always friendly too.

This store has a very big collection of HEB own brand products assortments. Produce items are fresh and good

Great variety of products, fast and friendly customer service! Also, Jennifer is awesome! She's very friendly and knowledgeable of the products, always willing to help every customer.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store is very cleaned and well stocked. Parking can get kind of tight but no issues.

HEB is my favorite grocery store. The store brand items are great (often better than name brands) and I particularly recommend the bakery and deli. Their fresh made tortillas are AMAZING but almost always sold out at this location which is disappointing. Highly recommend.

The products are good and the quality is also better, HEB’s home brand items are cheaper than other products and the quality still being the same is a plus point

So this is my heb. This is the first time that I've bought flowers for my beautiful wife on her birthday. And I always pick out roses with baby's breath carnations and other flowers. And I always arrange them myself at home and put them in a vase. But this time I decided to have the florist arrange them because I saw that there was actually a florist on hand. Her name is Antoinette. And she did a magnificent job. I just wanted to give her props on this review.

This is a great place to buy groceries. Once I lost my wallet in the billing counter the staff were kind enough to get the missing items and I was able to get back. Thanks to the HEB staff who safeguard the customers valuables. I feel this place is more secure and safe place to shop.

I swing by this HEB usually when I’m working and in a rush. Has always been really quick. Just bought some watermelon and it was extremely fresh too. Thanks Martin West for being very nice.

The customer service and management at this location is such a drastic change from what I experienced first hand, at the location off 183, just North of Lakeline Mall. I am talking night & day. It was like I was in a completely different store, in a completely different state, make that planet. It didn't stop there. The atmosphere alone......no comparison. This review is supposed to be about the location at 183 & Spicewood Springs so I'll stop comparing. I literally left 1 & drove to the other, so the entire experience was/is still very fresh, making it hard to focus on just 1. The Spicewood Springs location is conveniently located, easy to see from 183 & Spicewood Springs Rd. Keep in mind the road changes names at 183. It is McNeil on the North side of the Hwy, & Spicewood Springs on the South....for those not familiar with Austin or the NW Austin area. The store was not overly crowded but that could be due to the time of day it was when I visited. (Late at night.) This use to be Albertsons if I remember correctly. The store is much smaller than some of the newer stores but they still have a good selection, or wide variety of items to purchase, given it's size. There is ample parking & multiple entry & exit locations from both Spicewood Springs & the Southbound access road of 183. The manager I spoke to was extremely polite, welcoming, & displayed genuine appreciation for me stopping in. I wish I had gotten his name, as I'll be calling HEB corporate office shortly re a completely different issue. However, I would love to provide positive feedback about the employees at this location. More specifically the 2 I have already mentioned. Yes, I will revisit & yes, I would & do recommend HEB @ 183 & Spicewood Springs Rd for your grocery shopping needs!
