Austin's Pizza Westlake

They do not seem to take cash or have change, which is fine. I should’ve called & asked first, that’s on me… pizza is amazing, friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be back. (I don’t know why the other reviews complain about time; I was told 10 minutes & that’s when I received it)

Uber eats messed up my order, I went to this location and explained.. they got me 2 free pizzas strait away no questions asked! I feel like this is how customer service should be! Thanks y’all

2nd time having their pizza delivered. Good pie. Crust is solid, quality ingredients without skimping on the toppings. Delivery was fast and the driver did a great job contacting me when he arrived. All around great experience.

Really good pizza, great playground, and a wonderful atmosphere to relax in. The kids really enjoyed the playground area and we had to convince them to leave to eat. BYOB with the liquor store right next door is convenient if you're interested in drinking.

A local legend for sure! Great pizza at great prices! It's also one of those thinnish crusts places which I personally love. The cheese and sauce is fresh, the crust is perfectly buttery and crispy, and it all adds up to one of the best pizzas you'll ever eat! Staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinelly nice folks, and will fix even the slightest 'oopsie' so fast your head will spin.

Don't let your GPS fool you they're a little hidden, once you're by what looks like a 2-story apartment complex converted into small business offices, that's the spot. Keep going past that line of storefronts and you'll see a playground, outdoor seating, and then the restaurant itself if you look a little to the right.

Speaking of that, I was only placing a takeout order but the restaurant itself has both indoor and outdoor seating, along with the mentioned playground for the kiddos, and they've got a nice divey vibe with the kinda atmosphere that makes you think of a hole-in-the-wall NYC pizza joint indoors. Then outside a gorgeous string-light-illuminated patio area among several huge old trees that act as a canopy, while some of the best rock music flows at just the right volume from overhead speakers everywhere.

This location's employees are the absolute best! Not only do they make some delicious pizza, but they are very kind. On my most recent trip I was carrying out a large order for a corporate event and accidentally dropped a salad in the parking lot while trying to wrestle the order into my car. An employee was walking in (I think to start a shift), saw what happened, and without me even asking he ran inside and got me a replacement. I will definitely be back and really appreciate them going out of their way to help me when they absolutely did not have to and I didn't expect anything. Many thanks to him and the rest of the employees!

Listen…this place is GOLD! I wish there were a 10 star option because this pizza blessed my whole soul! Steven and Albert were stellar with their customer service. They went above and beyond for me and my friends, it was mind blowing! Thank you from me and my friends from out of town.

Two words: PIZZA. ROLLS. I love the veggie ones with marinara but a lot of my friends and my brother swear by the pepperoni ones with ranch dressing. The regular pizza is good, but the pizza rolls are what sets them apart. It's a pretty chill environment, but I usually go at off-peak hours so maybe it's busier at the lunch or dinner rush. Always cool, nice employees, pretty average-fast service depending on the time of day. I've also ordered for delivery from them online and it's been pretty quick, same good quality of foods.

We came to austin to visit and we decided to stop here! You must try this place out!!! I had the bbq chicken pizza and pepperoni pizza rolls!!! It was amazing!!!! Steven was absolutely amazing!!!! He had amazing customer service!!!! and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!!!! Albert the cook was also amazing and friendly!!! He made sure he cook our food to perfection and the taste of everything was delicious!!!! Austin Pizza WESTLAKE should definitely get a award for for best pizza thanks to Steven and Albert!!! cant wait to come back to vist!!!

Was here a month ago and had some issues due to too many orders. Called tonight and talked to Moe, the manager. He was very understanding and friendly. He sent us another pizza no questions asked. Best pizza I've ever had in Austin! Thanks

Great pizza. Crust is thin, and they have extra thin upon request. Their pizzas do not fall victim to the soggy centers, as some thin crusts do. Lots of outdoor seating and a full playground for kids.

Walked in ordered my pizza and came out in less then 7 mins around noon and got a BBQ chicken pizza that was so beautiful when I opened box and tasted amazing 👏

I love to meet mom friends here for lunch. Our kids can play on the playground while we relax on the patio. The spinach rolls are a great lunch special!

I always have pepperoni because of the kids. Today, I tried the Brazos pizza and it was sooo good! There is a playground for the kiddos. For those of aware. Of course the best pizza. 😋
