This is a favorite for us when we want good food fast! Delicious salad bar, great assortment of classic American meals for a very affordable price. It’s chill like a nicer fast food place but there are food options that are so much better for you!
Where else can you get a steak, shrimp, a custom salad bar side salad and drink for under $20 with no wait for a table and food ready ASAP even on Friday or Saturday night!?!

I love how diverse their menu is! Catfish, Fried Chicken, Wings, Country Fried Steak, Burgers, the list goes on and on! Their salads never disappoint, I love piling on the toppings!

This place has great tasting food, generous servings and fast service, all at a very affordable price. Had the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. The sirloin is only about 6 oz, but it was tasty and cooked correctly to order. The mashed potatoes were excellent with a pronounced garlic flavor, and the green beans were fresh and prepared with delicious smoked bacon. The meal also came with a toasted and buttered piece of sourdough bread. Pepsi products and tea were available to drink, as well as a selection of bottled beers.

Had the chicken breast with mash potatoes and green bean. Awesome meal! Healthy and tasty. Amazing the fact they had wine options! Will be back for sure!

Amazingly delicious food! I normally get the sirloin. But chicken sounded good and I was not disappointed! The flavor was great! My daughter said the catfish was lit and everyone should get fried onions.

True to their word, their menu offered comfort food. The food came out fast, hot, and tasty.

We had the chicken fried steak and salad as a meal with chicken.

Facility was clean with plenty of seating. Definately will eat there again.

Nice surprise! Good wholesome food that all tasted home-made. If you need to serve your family a balanced yet tasty meal and don't have the time to cook, this is the place to come. Although they do brisk takeout, the dining area was fabulously clean and comfortable.

This was our first visit. My husband and I had the steak and jumbo shrimp blue plate special and our daughter had the Scooby-Doo sandwich. Yes, Scooby-Doo sandwich. It is loaded with meat. Everything was delicious! Service was excellent! The menu has the gluten-free items marked which is a big plus for me. Another big plus is they allowed our daughter's emotional support dog in the building with her and we were not required to sit outside. We will be back again!

The food is always good. It's nice to have another restaurant option to chose from in Hutto. I wish they had more people working sometimes. But everyone is always kind and do their best. We love coming here.

Friendly people and great food. What more could you ask for. I noticed in one of the reviews someone mentions plastic utensils, we had metal ones when we ate there.

First time ordering today and they did not disappoint! Def will be going back again!

Ordered to-go the Mac n cheese bowl (Saturday Special) and the grilled Chicken entree. Everything was superb, fresh, and cooked to perfection. For the sides got fries, salad, and mashed potatoes.

On a side note: there was a mistake where the mashed potatoes left out from the order. They went above and beyond to correct it!....I called in and they said they would mail out a lil something which I was ok with and hung up. Ten minutes later my doorbell rings only to have them deliver the mash at my doorstep! I was stunned and pleasantly surprised! Never had that experience before! A+++

We wanted a late dinner and chose Stockade Kitchen for their country diner food and convenience. I had the 5 jumbo shrimp with fried okra, Mac and cheese, and a slice of toast. It was a very big meal and could easily have fed two people. The shrimp were humongous and soooo tasty. The staff was attentive and friendly.

The premium salad bar. SO good!! My husband loves the burger and the kiddo likes the chicken strips. I will be back soon.

Tasty food! Love the soda flavor selection. Would like to see more adventurous menu options in the future.

We stopped here for lunch because we were looking for a non-fast food place and noticed the reviews for it had improved a lot. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. As for the food, we enjoyed our selections a lot. I can't recall the last time I ate at a place where their "Blue Plate Special" was actually served on a blue plate! Another thing I noticed was that several customers ordered salads. One of us will definitely be trying that option the next time we go there!

Food was amazing. Staff are very polite professional and respectful. Portions were the perfect size for kids and adults. I will definitely be eating here again.

Everything was great. I recommend this place for delicious comfort foods. The meatloaf was awesome.

WOW it's been a LONG time since I had such AMAZING SOUTHERN comfort food. A+ IF I could give it 10 stars I would!! The atmosphere is PERFECT. Western. Cozy. The food hot and fresh... The Mac and cheese was out of this world good. I personally do a lot of food deliveries for Favor (company) which imo these guys should get an online ordering system system with them.

We happened upon this this restaurant because we were tired of the fast food. We had driven by many times and not stopped but decided to try when we saw the pictures of their food hanging up outside. We now call this our go to place. Our whole family loves this restaurant. Have had almost everything on the menu and loved it all. Last night even went and got them for take out. Had the pork chop which is amazing with those really great mashed potatoes and that roasted broccoli is to die for. I recommend this restaurant while heartedly.

Wow what a great lunch! I had the burger and fries with a salad to boot and my wife had the special of the day. The special was a chicken breast covered in an artichoke cream sauce with 2 sides. The plating was very nice and the food was delicious. The young lady that took our order and made my salad was super sweet and patient. The gentleman that brought the food was just that, a gentleman. All together it was a great lunch with great service. We’ll be back for sure.
