One Eighty Wellness Spa

I had a deep tissue massage with Sara and she was excellent. She listened to my issues and worked to help me get some relief. She checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was good. Very pleased with how I feel today.

Spa 180 is magnificent as always. Sara always performs a job well done experience on my massages. Today, Lindsey gave me a hydrofacial and it was wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about these ladies and Spa 180.

Tiffany is an amazing esthetician. She is gentle, thorough, and really tailors your facial to your skin type/ needs. If I didn't live in NY, I'd be booking once a month appointments.
My massage with Sara was exactly what I needed. She is knowledgeable about anatomy and can give an incredible deep tissue massage (if you prefer). Many therapists agree to deep tissue but don't deliver.
She also drapes for modesty asks about comfort, and warms her table!

Emily's professionalism and soothing demeanor make her an exceptional choice for anyone seeking a top-notch massage. I highly recommend her services and look forward to my next session. Five stars without a doubt!

My massage was wonderful. She worked in all my trouble spots and gave me some good health advice too. It was a great afternoon at the spa with 3 treatments thanks to a Christmas gift from my husband! I highly recommend!

Every visit to Spa 180 is fantastic! If you are looking for a facial, Kayla is wonderful. And for a massage, Jenny is your girl. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. This is the best spa in Auburn for sure.

Really love this facility and all of the staff I've seen so far for massage, facial, lashes and brow work. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, atmosphere is calming and very comfortable, and the wealth of services they offer is exceptional. I look forward to many more visits in the future!!

Emily is very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I came in with my leg in knots and left able to move!

This is, hands down, the very best spa anywhere around. They carry the finest products, and they consistently overachieve what might be expected. A gift certificate is my standard Mother’s Day or birthday for my daughters, and they’ve made it clear that is most appreciated! We are blessed to have this high quality Spa, with a multitude of services, in our area. This is from wife Jan, although this listing says Tom. But he would enjoy 180 also!

I had a 90 minute Fascial Stretch Therapy session and it was amazing! Jennifer did a fantastic job explaining each stretch and what they were intended to do. The atmosphere of One Eighty Wellness Spa is also fabulous - I will be back for more services!
