great customer service, loved the conversation I had with Zach and Dylan. they helped me out and got my bill lower with the promotion they have for the S24 ultra! 10/10 would recommend for anybody looking for a new service!

Zak was phenomenal! He greeted me and told me he’d be with me in a moment even though he was helping another customer. My bill was ridiculously high at Verizon and he managed to get it cheaper for me! Thank you! 🙏

Had a enjoyable experience here at the AT&T store. Had a issue with my internet but DAVID J helped me get it straightened out. I honestly have to say he has the best customer service skills that I have ever experienced. He definitely deserves a raise because AT&T would not have my bussiness otherwise. He went out of his way to solve my problem after months of talking over the phone with AT&T customer service. If you have a problem he is definitely your best shot at solving it.

Had a very nice experience at the AT&T store on S College St in Auburn, Alabama. Solis and Dale were super nice and professional about the phone that I purchased. They were very helpful in getting it set up.

After numerous frustrating phone calls with ATT trade in line, I was told I had to go to a store for further assistance. Upon entering this ATT retail location, it was evident that the ONE associate present was very busy. (Phone ringing, helping other customers etc). Andi, was juggling multiple things at once and with exceptional grace. She proceeded to help me with my issue even though she had been hung up on and transferred to everyone possible. ATT trade in— get your stuff together! ATT Auburn— Give my girl Andrea a raise! Thank you

Stephanie was excellent to work with. We had an issue with getting internet setup that set us back nearly an hour at another AT&T location and she had it resolved in less than 10 minutes. Very knoledgable, helpful, offered tips and tricks to help us to be better users and better informed customers.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, very helpful and personable. Definitely more friendly and inviting than some of the other locations! Will continue to use this store!

The lady working was so helpful and knowledgeable. We went to the other store on Opelika rd. and it was an about and a half just to be told they couldn’t help us. 15 minutes here and we were out!

They were incredibly helpful with my software problem. Getting in and oarking next to the starbucks (drive thru) is an issue. Great experience otherwise tho.
