Our septic backed up into our basement-gameroom…on Christmas Eve!! Called a few places and he answered and came over within an hour! He didn’t even charge extra for holiday/weekend…and it was 9pm and pouring rain! They resolved our problem quickly, and they were very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Hue was great! He showed up at my house within 15 minutes and spent the next several hours there, finding and fixing a cracked main water line running from my meter to the house. My only problem with this company is tardiness. It took three hours to get to our house after saying it would take him only 1.5 hours. This was a Saturday and we were happy to have a 24-hour company come out. But we waited all day to get the issue fixed. He didn't have have all his tools, but he did come back with them and got the problem fixed. He did a good job fixing the issue. Company just needs to work on giving a better estimated time of arrival.
