Big O Tires

My car sprung a flat just inside Provo limits, and a quick chat with AAA revealed he was not going to be capable of getting off my well rusted on rim without a lift.
It was almost 6 pm, so I quickly called around to see what was open or who could get me in first thing...
Keith over at Big O's answered the phone and all my questions.
He was helpful and kind, and the process was painless.
My car was towed over, and it would be in first thing.
I was in McDonald's right next door when Big O's opened in the morning watching as all the men busied about their jobs and got right to task.
It's not a small operation they have over there.
They know what their role is, and everyone quickly got to it.
My car was up on the hoist, 2nd in line for that lift, that morning, and my phone was ringing early.
He chatted with me about the condition of my tires. (I'd already talked about them before I left Ontario Canada for this road trip, so I had an opinion).... like a great salesman, he gave me the information and a bit of his opinion, and then as I shot him down, he took it graciously. I could hear it in his voice, the sound of concern for us over concern for cash so I reached out to my mechanic son who said it wouldnt be a bad idea to take the tires depending on his pricing etc.
A few more back and forth convos.
I was chatting to Keith, then my son and we had made a new plan.
Again, I could hear relief in Keith's voice, genuine concern for our wellbeing.
I was on the road again,all fixed uo before 9:30 am.
I had 4 new tires and new stems and still had money left in my account...
We jumped back out on the open road and headed for California.
We drove to long Beach, watched the Daytona 500, all through Arizona and Albuquerque, over to Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, Texas, then up to Kansas and Missouri etc.
There was not one issue with my car after I left Big O's in Orem, Utah.
I probably will never head back to see Keith or get my tires changed and Big O's again.... but if I were local to them, I'd absolutely trust my car to them again, and I'd highly recommend you give them a try if you're in need ♡

Go here! Always super fast for tire rotations and as speedy as they can be for anything else. Better than a NASCAR pit crew. 10/10 will recommend.

Jaren was super helpful yesterday 12/26/2023 when I brought my 2011 Mazda CX-9 in for an oil change and some needed repairs. They addressed the vehicle issues and otherwise cleared the vehicle with flying colors. Definitely recommended!

I've taken my truck in to many other shops and they said nothing was wrong. But I take it to big I and they showed me what was causing my issue and fixed it! Bam just like that it was fixed! Thank you Danny and your team! I will solely be coming to this location for now on.

These guys have been extremely good to our family of 6 cars the last three years. Fast and efficient. Super clean and friendly environment.
Don't listen to the negative reviews about the doors being locked on Labor day. Really? If you can't understand why they are closed on a holiday, wake up, they like holidays off too!

We have been using Big O on 800 South in Orem Utah for many years and have been very satisfied.

My new go to tire, oil and alignment place for both my professional and personal vehicles. The customer service and attention is unmatched. I went to another tire place for decades that recently became untrustworthy. Big O opened right in time an has since earned my loyalty. Thanks to everyone there for being courteous, honest and quick.

I called up the shop and said the took walk ins and I explained my situation to the gentlemen who helped me and they got me taken care of! The workers there have great customer service and friendly!

Normally I would avoid a Big-O because of the one in my home town being such a junk show. When my trailer light was not working and I could not get the rusted parts off I was stuck. A trailer repair shop could not fit me in for a few days, so suggested these guys. They squeezed me in and had me in and out fast, at a reasonable price. They even went back to fix my repair from the previous night to include water proof connectors. Top notch experience. Thanks guys.

Always great service! I bought new tires for my trailer from this location last month, great service then. We got a slow leak in our tire on this last outing. We stopped at another Big O to fix the leak. They wouldn't even look at if for 24 hours. I went back to this Big O, they got me in, fixed and back on the road in 30 minutes! Thank you!

I showed up to get my Toyota Tacoma emissions tested and registration done. I walked out of the store 11 minutes after I got there with everything completed. Geeez, I thought Jimmy John’s was fast.

Danny was fantastic.

They treated me quite well. I have bought many tires from them over the years. The front end order taker really looked after me.

We love bringing our vehicles to Big O Tires! The staff here are always so professional and polite, as well as knowledgeable. They have always gone above & beyond when working on my Mustang and trying to keep it within our budget.

The people here are the best. I took my car for an oil change at Brent Brown's Toyota, and they said that I had a "massive oil leak". Not having noticed any serious dripping before, I decided to get a second opinion. The people here told me there was a very small leak that likely wouldn't cause any real issues. They also let me know that my transmission fluid was leaking very slowly but shouldn't need to be repaired soon, and should just be topped off every now and then. They did this in less then 20 minutes and didn't charge anything for the service. They are great and honest here!

Keith always goes above and beyond. I trust him with all my vehicles.

Dalton helped me out today and was freaking amazing! I haven’t had a place treat you this awesome in awhile, and i rarely leave reviews but dalton BLEW us away with his willingness to help.

This BIG O has integrity. They ordered a rim and were patient with me getting there a bit later than i said, not having me pay for it until the end.

Have had the tire light on since I purchased the used car 6 years ago. Noticed it after it was already done with a new tire replacement and for FREE! Heath did not push any additional cells that were unwanted unlike the provo Big O tires. This is a five star Big o.

The greatest benefit to the company is a happy customer, and myself knowing that I would be back again with this big O in the forethought of my mind.

Can’t thank you guys enough! We were on a road trip when we ran over something on the freeway. We were told by another tire store we would need to wait six hours and replace all four tires. Dalton took a look and let us know he could easily patch the tire and get us on our way! Grateful for the honestly and the quick help! We will be returning for all of our tire needs.
