Cava nail spa

I have been going to Cava for the last 6 months and took my daughter for a mani/pedi today for her birthday. Not only did they make her feel special for her birthday, greeting her so sweetly as she walked in wearing her happy birthday crown, but they were also so patient with her during the services. Thank you all for a wonderful birthday treat for my little girl! ♥

I have finally found my new nail place. After recently moving to New London I have been looking for a nail place. I’ve tried several, they were pricey and unskilled. Cava is extremely clean, they take you right away with appointments and they do an excellent job. My daughter and I both had UV gel fills and French manicures, they came out beautifully!!

I got a beautiful nail set, good price and was in and out in 40 minutes. Just make sure you schedule an appointment, they do get busy very fast. I will be going back!

This was my first time visiting Cava nails after hearing so many good things about it. I rarely get my nails done but when I have before I never got the service or experience I wanted. This place though was so cute on the inside and everyone was so nice! Even though my design was simple they still did a great job.

This place is a hidden gem! I love that you can book online and prices are clearly posted online and in the salon. I had a deluxe pedicure and a gel full set and both services were amazing. I have very small nails that are difficult to work with so I was nervous about trying a new place. The salon was very clean and staff was polite and efficient. I will definitely be going back and recommending this to others.

If I could rate this place a 20 I would. Probably the best place I’ve gone to in my years of living. I believe her name was Tina. But she was so freakin sweet. She put me to sleep. That was the first time a pedicure has ever made my toesies feel this good.

I have been having trouble finding a nail salon I liked, someone suggested Kim (the owner) to me and I haven't been happier with my nails. Tina also gives a great pedicure.

Been coming here for over a year, and it’s been great everytime, even after I moved back to Massachusetts I come back here specifically to get my nails done when I’m in town.
I needed my nails done for a wedding last minute and I was very skeptical at first as I have clubbed fingers and wanted a square shaped French.
I don’t remember the name of who did my nails but whoever it was he did fabulous, he really took his time and made sure they were perfect, this was my first time getting a French and he also took the time to make sure the tips matched as well! Keep up the great work and I will defiantly be back!

I had a very pleasant experience at Cava. Did gel/acrylic set and very happy with result. I didn't get the name of the man who did my nails but I am impressed by his skill and gentle treatment

Great place to start off any part of your day . The staff is super welcoming and their nail service to their waxing service is very good.

I moved to Ledyard last spring and spent about 6 months looking for a nail place that would do exactly what I asked and had a nail tech that I could see regularly. I have been getting nail enhancements for a little over 20 years and have grown to be pretty picky about my nails. Other places I tried in the area would either make the gel overlay too thick or wide, not give me the shape or length I asked for, wouldn’t do a simple deep French right, or would try to charge for services that were not actually provided. I also wasn’t able to see the same tech regularly at other places, despite making appointments well in advance, asking for the tech by name and booking during their scheduled shifts.

Cava was a little pricey so I didn’t try them right away and I am kicking myself for it. Everyone there is SO nice, and they know what they’re doing. I like thin, narrow nails and it’s never a problem. I’ve asked for simple and intricate designs and Tammy comes through every single time. She is absolutely fantastic with designs/line work and makes the best suggestions when it comes to color and details. There have been a few times I’ve had to go in on a different day, or make a super last minute appointment, but I have always been able to see the same tech when I book in advance.

The prices are very reasonable for the quality of product and work, and I love that I never leave feeling like just another client. We talk about our kids, home life, travel experiences, where we grew up… they made me feel like we’ve known each other our whole lives from the first time I walked through the door. I never leave feeling anything other than completely satisfied and I am so happy I finally gave Cava a shot!

My friend, Catrina, has been coming to Cava and recommended here for our first fun get together in awhile. 11 of us. Had a manicure and pedicure with Hannah. I couldn’t be happier with the way she took her time and the detailing of a most perfect mani, pedi.
Employees were very professional and friendly. The atmosphere was clean and airy. I highly recommend coming here. This will be my new go-to.

Kimberly was so incredible! She payed so much attention to detail and was very thorough. The salon was very clean and all the tools were clean as well!

The interior was beautiful. Lots of different colors to choose from, more gel then regular colors. I got regular polish, and a full acrylic set (coffin shape). They are very reasonably priced. I paid $35, they charged me $5 for coffin shape though (never had that happen anywhere else). The owner herself did my nails, and she did an amazing job. The staff was friendly, they even made sure that the two little girls who got their nails done were comfortable. So cute! The only negative thing I have to say is my appointment was at 2pm, I didn’t sit in a chair until 2:45. They were incredibly busy but I waited it out and am not disappointed!

The Cava Nail Spa is so beautiful and clean inside! I love the way it is decorated. Kim, the nail tech, is also very personable. Today was my third time here and I know I’ll become a regular!

Will only come here from now on for UV full sets and fills! Gold was fantastic and made sure I was happy with the shape of the nail and color. They have a very extensive pedicure and manicure menu too that I am looking forward to trying when I return!

This was my first time visiting Cava Nails, I feel like the salon I had been going to was just getting lazy, so I decided to try somewhere new. I had a gentleman do my nails, he didn’t talk much but I think it was more a language barrier issue than anything, he did however make sure he knew what I wanted. I got a full set of acrylic nails. When I walked into the salon it was breathtaking, the Christmas decorations were gorgeous, the salon is clean and modern, they had upbeat Christmas music playing at a great volume, I loved it! I was greeted by a very friendly woman who I think is the owner. The salon has a very comfortable vibe, I loved the way the staff interacted with each other and some clients who were clearly regulars. As far as my nails I LOVE THEM!! The gentleman did a beautiful job in a very reasonable amount of time. I will absolutely be going back.
