The Coffee Spot

Cute place in an old home with loads of character. Friendly staff. Pups welcome. Turkey wrap was fresh and delicious. Maple walnut scone was moist and amazing. My only issue was there no soup. 😞

We chanced The Coffee Spot for the first time on a Sunday morning. What a delightful, if busy, choice. So many positives: delicious food--we had a wrap and an egg sandwich and 2 muffins--blueberry and caramel--YUM. There was a pleasant guitarist/singer, and we did find a table--actually 2 comfy chairs with a side table between. Most likely the place isn't as hoppin' on other days, but the entertainment and crowd added a nice vibe.

We were served after ordering at the counter, and no one needed a pager or some other elaborate finder system. They just do the job and it was a lot of fun.

The cutest coffee shop, filled with reading nooks and outdoor seating areas. The food was delicious; bagels, lavender lemon scones, and blueberry muffins, and the staff was very friendly.

Cute little cafe. We stopped in for lattes, but saw they had a decent breakfast and lunch menu. We both had the turkey, bacon, and avocado wrap. It was very tasty (and filling), and the coleslaw we had for a side was delicious.

The seating is nice - there's a room with cozy chairs and another with tables and restaurant style chairs. There was also outdoor seating, but we didn't make use of it today.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a few questions since it was our first time there, and they answered them easily.

It's a nice place that I happen to find in one of my many drives that route. Now I know where to stop by whenever I'm in the area for a quick bite!

Adorable spot in a beautiful old house! Warm, welcoming atmosphere with a variety of cozy rooms to sit and enjoy your treats. The coffee & tea menu is extensive, the pastry offerings change daily, and there's always something fun and different to try :)

Cute, quaint spot to grab a cup of coffee. They also have lots of bakery items to choose from including Gluten free pastries and desserts. I had a flavored latte, it was good but the frothing could use improvement. I enjoyed my time and would go back.

Adorable clean establishment with different themed rooms and plenty room to sit and sip. The gluten free baker answered my allergy questions (scrumptious blueberry muffin!) And the staff was so friendly and helpful... of course the coffee (drip & espresso) were excellent

A great LGBTQIA+ friendly coffee spot. I love the atmosphere, a book room where you can sit, drink your coffee and read. They have lots of other rooms, space on the lawn for nice summer/fall days. The staff is friendly and nice. It's great that they have a community board (which are disappearing from the other places).

So, I posted a couple of videos of the entrance and the actual spot where you order. Terrific selections and all looked very fresh and tasty. Mary and I had our Monday morning meeting at this new location for us and were pleasantly surprised. Lots of cozy rooms, great lighting and lots of seating. Love the Wifi code was displayed right away. Mary and I both have two dogs each and on the way out we saw the wall of "The Coffee Spot Dogs" and we both stopped immediately and looked at every single photo. The best! Want a pastry, sandwich whatever... they have it and they also do orders online for pick up. Parking is ez on the street or tons of spaces in the back. We will be back!!!!

My mother and I have occasionally been dropping by The Coffee Spot over that last few months. We are Simsbury residents and enjoy heading out of town usually to try all different types of coffee spots.

We have been to Starbucks (all in the area), Dom's (Avon), Sophia's (WeHa) and J. Renee Coffee Roasters amongst many others. As for the coffee The Coffee Spot takes 1st prize. The quality of the coffee beans are exceptional. Blending mastery and sensory elevation are at award winning levels.

The atmosphere inside this old Victorian house is beyond charming. I love the library area to the left when you first walk in. The dog collage is amazing. I lost the love of my life on April 18 and it saddens me we could have come inside this place while Bella was still alive. Would have loved to add her pic.

I lived in NYC for years and so far The Coffee Spot is one of if not the best we have experienced. Like other reviews mentioned there is parking across the street or in the back if on street is not available. Hopefully our experiences will stay five star! Highly recommended!

A local florist, RJG Flowers, comes to Coffee Depot to conduct flower arranging classes. The staff at Coffee Depot are so hospitable, staying open late for us to get snacks. The flower arranging was tremendous fun.

Wonderful spot to enjoy a sandwich or pastry item, will return soon with more people. Enjoy this lovely space.

The Coffee Spot hosted an event at which coffee and baked goods were offered it is such a pleasant space and yummy food!

The Coffee Spot has an awesome space, and something for everyone on the menu. I really enjoyed hanging out for a late breakfast, and the barista and cashier were both awesome. Will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast sandwiches and reading rooms!

Wonderful spot to get coffee and a snack. On a nice day, it is the perfect location to sit under the old trees and catch up with friends. The shop has plenty three separate interior rooms where you can sit, seating on the porch, patio and on the grass. I've been there a few times and the baristas are always friendly and the products excellent.

Great spot! Good coffee, friendly service, beautiful indoor and outdoor seating options. Got to check it out!
