Friendly and my husband’s coat was ready early!

They stay open till 10 and open early. Plenty of washers and dryers. Never seen any broken down. Plenty of places to sit and a change machine. They have tables to fold you laundry at as well.

I am ever greatful to this business! I needed my husbands tux cleaned at the last minute and this super sweet older woman made sure it was done for us on time ! I appreciate you!

They don't offer Saturday service. Reasonably priced.

The quality of the dry cleaning is just okay. Service is down not friendly at all, and we've had several articles of clothing go missing not just here, but at other locations of this business, too.

The first time I came, I dropped my clothes off almost right when they opened, about 7:30am. They have a sign clearly stating same-day service is available upon request if your items are dropped off early. When I asked if we could get the 3 mens shirts back by 5pm, she looked at me like I was crazy stating, "Oh no ma'am!" I asked if she could at least have them back by noon the next day and her response, "No ma'am. I can't guarantee something like that." So I took my items home. The next time, with no deadline, I dropped my items off. Upon picking them up I discovered that there were white splotches of pilling on a black dress and my name... written in Sharpie marker... on the tags of the clothes. I was planning on reselling one of the expensive pieces they wrote on. Also, 4 mens shirts (only ironed) a t-shirt dress and a blouse dry cleaned... $40.00??

Went into only get a button replaced they dry clean them and wanted to charge me for it when I did not ask for it do not go to this place they will charge you for stuff you do not want okay the lady was very rude and she should not even be working there stay far far far far far far away

If you want your garments to be damaged and for no one to accept responsibility All Baldwin Cleaners is for you! My fiancée gave me a personalized Chicago Cubs jersey for Christmas. We recently attended a Cubs vs. Braves game in Atlanta, where I wore my jersey, and it needed to be cleaned. My fiancée took care of taking both our jerseys to the cleaners and picked them up on Monday. I looked my jersey over before hanging it in my closet and noticed significant fading to the chest patch. I immediately went to compare it to his jersey (they are identical) and his was in perfect condition. I took both of the jerseys back to All Baldwin Cleaners where Bonnie compared the two and told me that obviously something was wrong and that it looked like they would need to replace the jersey or the patch. My fiancée was a witness to this statement. She took my contact information and told me that someone would contact me soon... Well today is now Friday, and I have made numerous trips to All Baldwin Cleaners this week and have yet to be contacted by anyone (Steve, April, David...) to try and resolve this issue! I just stopped in AGAIN and have now been told by Bonnie and an older lady (unfortunately I didn't get her name) that it is a manufacturer's defect and they are not responsible! YOU CAN CALL IT WHATEVER YOU WANT TO KEEP FROM ACCEPTING RESPONISIBILITY BUT THE FACT IS THE DAMAGE OCCURRED WHILE IN YOUR POSSESSION! So essentially we have just paid All Baldwin Cleaners $5.50 to destroy a $120 personalized jersey!!! This isn't the first time All Baldwin Cleaners has damaged an article of my clothing, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau... Two years ago I picked up at shirt that I was having dry-cleaned only to find that it was covered in pulls in the fabric. No one ever contacted me about that incident either! It was an inexpensive shirt, so I let it go...but would never have let my fiancée take our jerseys here had I known where he was taking them...
So in conclusion, if you are looking for a place where you can pay your hard earned money to have someone DESTROY your clothing ALL BALDWIN CLEANERS is the place for you!
If ZERO stars was an option that would be my choice!

To bad i had to give 1 star I took some pants to get hemmed the lady says we don't do that (but they do they send them off ) she then states I had to pin the pants I said ok well thats why I brought them to you she then states her age rudely and says she cant get on the floor (I'm in a knee brace for a broken knee cap btw she tells me im doing it wrong i was like wth ok thats why you're supposed to this ,so proceeds to pin the pants and ship them off and gets my number and says its going to be 2 weeks keep in mind no actual date .2 1/2weeks go by no call so I call a different lady tells me they are done and had been there a week ago I asked why didn't you call me she tells me we don't do that very rudely, I said then wth do ask for people's phone numbers ?She then tells me that it wasn't her i said i know but thats my ? She then says she wasn't there when taking my order i said i know and she continued to argue with me as i walked out the door makeing a mockery of herself outside .SO I SOOOOO DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE LAZY VERY ARGUMENTATIVE.

I think my 1 star should explain plenty . I'll never go back !!
