Walmart Pharmacy

As a Google Local Guide, I would hope that my opinion means something. Matt and Colleen are great pharmacists and the other members of staff that I know well, Dana and Crystal, make a great team. Everyone has always been super helpful. They go through a lot of headache to serve the public. This is the best pharmacy that I’ve been too because they take the stress and the workload and still give a smile.

Excellent service, helpful, friendly, Rx's filled correctly... a very reliable pharmacy!

I have always been treated with professionalism and courtesy. Very helpful staff. Thank you for what you do.

If you need the meds…

I get my prescriptions here all the time. They are usually ready before they say and have had only one incident where the tech was a little rude. She told Mr it would be better if I called my doctor myself. But it's the only time.

Walmart in Pelham is a good pharmacy. The people are all very nice Walmarts rules may make you wait a little longer for your prescription.

Attention is good and the medicine is really good as well!

HOnestly if I could give 0 stars I would , I have never had prescription filled here . I was just shopping at Walmart and walked by and heard a pharmacist yelling at a customer and being completely rude and nasty and yelling out the lady’s private information. I felt so bad for her . That experience alone I will never have medication filled there , they all seem unprofessional and rude , and I have just terrible things about them , not filling medications and giving wrong medications out , this is people’s life , if you can’t do your job right , go work at subway . Anyways , I will also be calling and reporting what I saw . It was awful .

The pharmacist’s name is Matt and he is also the manager.

Matt was extremely unprofessional. He did not seem to understand how to use the computer system and had a hard time explaining it to the pharmacy tech. They were standing in the back of the pharmacy, casting a loud voice across the room to discuss details about my medicine and my insurance. I hope Walmart makes a change. I will not have my meds sent here again.

I had surgery in Bham and was staying in Hoover afterward (I live in Oneonta) and took a script for pain Meds into this store and all I got from the pharmacist was a run-around. He told me he had a call in to my Dr. to verify the directions for taking the Meds. I finally had to retrieve my prescription and go to Oneonta wal-mart to get it filled. They filled it within 30 minutes. I had to stay home alone the night of surgery because of this young Pharmacist. I reckon he thought I was a pill junkie which I'm not. I won't ever set foot in this facility again...

Horrible customer service!!!

My prescription was send on the 7th , I called that day they said they ordered and I would receive a text message when ready, we’ll today it’s the 14th and I decided to call and check on it, and guess what?….it was ready since the 11th but they never send me a message or called me!…when I got on the phone with them the lady who answered was really rude!!

All but 2 pharmacists/techs are rude and i wouldnt use their pharmacy if it wasnt so close. Half the time i call in a script its still isnt ready by the time they say. Itd be a great pharmacy if it wasnt full if judgemental holier than thou pharmacists.

Everytime i call in a refill i get to walmart and its never ready. I always call in a day before.... So today i come pick up my medicine which i called in thursday.... They tell me we don't have enough pills. Then they give me the wrong prescription

Pharmacist very unprofessional and rudely refused to fill a prescription given to me by a doctor because of a medical disability I have.

People don't wanna work very rude

Waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me they couldn’t fill the prescription.
