McDonald's

It's very important I feel to greet the customers with a smile. I was very satisfied with not only the presentation that the person who took our order tonight was not only Pleasant, but also asked if we needed anything else even as we approached the window to make sure that we had what we needed and our satisfaction was guaranteed. Now while most of the time you'll get customer service from someone who behaves in a sort of nonchalange way, and as though they do not want to be there, I'm happy to report that even just one person who took my order, gave me the customer service that I was looking for and needed. It leaves me with this feeling of wanting to come back.

I had just had outpatient surgery in Foley and I was very hungry and thirsty. My husband stopped and went in we may have been there 5 minutes. Our food was correct it was fresh and hot. He said they were very nice inside. Made a good ending to a long long day.

Zip in zip out. My favorite way to fast food. This McDonald's is always fast.

Drive thru was fast and quick!! Didn't have cold food nor did I have to wait long.

Newly done with separation of diners in mind . No lines. Good food.
Hot coffee. Maybe best McD ever. I know. But it was really good. Near Loxley.

I haven't eaten at McDonald's in a long time. I was happly surprised. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The night crew is the greatest. I am 5 hours from home visiting and I came in at close and they treated me like royalty. Im definitely coming back. I am in awwee at the crew. The BEST 100% handsdown.

I have been trying to call the store to see when I could come in to start work I was told the manager would contact me about it but I was wondering if I could start today please and thank u I already did orientation and just need to start working nowv

I’ve never had any issues with food, accuracy/quality

But the customer service is almost Chick-fil-A level. I’m so used to be beaten down at the other McDonald’s. It’s just so refreshing to come to this one.

This is the best McDonald's I've ever bn to they wonderful customer service it's always fast my food I'd always on point I'm very thankful for thier hard work and hospitality I come by or order from there every morning and they haven't disappointed me they deserve raise!!! I hope they're bosses see this and know how wonderful the staff is....thank u to all workers you're awesome.

I've found this McDonald's location to be above average in service, order accuracy, and food quality.

Friendliest woman working the window, they were fast and made sure it was right before handing it to us.
And the shake machine works!

Fast movers, these guys here, and I've never NOT gotten anything that I have ordered. Plus, they mostly hire the kids from the school that is right down the street. This day and age it's nice to see these youngsters getting help with work ethics.

We stopped to use the restroom and get a quick breakfast before driving a long distance. The facility was clean and all the workers were genuinely kind.

They did Wonderful this morning as we were getting our breakfast. The happy attitude and the polite employees did their very best to accomodate us. Altough they did not have what we had wanted, they took care to put effort into the substitution, which was much better. Great service.

Service was great. Though in the middle of a rush, these girls kept their cool and delivered my food hot and ready.

The lady that worked the front counter is always so professional and friendly. As a food service worker myself it's nice to see it done right.

Thank you to all the hard working employees providing hot meals to so many after Hurricane Sally! Yes the lines were long but we got through quick enough and the food was hot and fresh. Great work guys!

In my local area this is my favorite McDonald's. my food is always hot, my French fries are always fresh and the staff is extremely friendly. not all McDonald's are created equal! this is the best one in the area.

The woman at the drive thru window made my day! She was so happy, kind, and sweet! She has such a bubbly attitude! Businesses need more employees like her. This was my first visit to this particular McDonald's and because of her I will most certainly be back again and again with the hopes that she is working!!
