Incredible people, incredible environment. Best facilities within a 100 miles. The owner and the park manager would give you the shirt off their backs to help someone in genuine need. In my opinion their rates should be higher, and you can always count on them to take care of the riffraff. And the only people writing bad reviews are the RiffRaft.

The lady we talked to was so nice. We came in after hours and she told us to place the money in a box our front and then she guided us to our site.

I love the Landlord Miss Vicky. She is super sweet 🎂 down to earth. Care's about people and animals. I've been here since January 29,2023. She keeps her property very clean. Also does not put up with unnecessary things. For instance drug use or nasty people. She has Shetland ponies. Their so precious , she used to have them in show. Also allow children to interact with them. A true family oriented, pet friendly and Christian people. The prices for rent are very reasonable. Miss Vicky also will work with you if somehow you can come up with rent on time. Im very happy with my decision to move from Delta Boy's RV park. That is located in Bay minette. It was so bad with people on methamphetamines. That my trailer was broken into a lot of things of mine came up missing. I never even had to worry about getting my door fixed. Around at Carousel 🎠 RV park 🏞 thank you so.... Very much to the landlord, staff and Fred. Great washer and dryer.

Peaceful place right on express n 90 great location.Good FRIEND of mine has lived here4 a long time and loves it.

It's a lovely place to hang up your hat for any length of time; safe, and peaceful. Anyone would be hard-pressed to find a nicer group of people than those caring for Carousel Village.

I have lived in this RV park for over a year waiting for my house to be built. The comments I just read are completely untrue. Since I've been here the owners have continually made improvements to roads, lighting, grass, plants, wireless, etc. The owner DOES throw people out who have any type of domestic fight that disturbs people, people who don't pick up after their dogs, and people who have an RV with any type of leak. Not after months, but immediately. If someone is having an issue with the sewer, then the problem is likely that they don't maintain their own tanks or hoses. I have an old RV and I have never had any type of "sewer" issue and neither has any of my neighbors. In regards to electric costs, it's very reasonable. When we first arrived I had a portable AC unit because the roof unit had just died. That was my highest bill - in August for just over $100 dollars but I had a diabetic dog that overheated so I kept it really cool. Once the AC was replaced, the price dropped significantly and I have had several months where I owed nothing because of the units that are included. My bills this summer have not been over 50.00 with the AC running all day, everyday. I think that is really reasonable. My rent is reasonable as well. Just like apartments, depending on what season you move here the price fluctuates but not significantly. As for police, there was an officer who lived here so he came and went in his car and occasionally had officer friends stop by. I have always felt safe here, nothing has ever been stolen, the grounds are kept clean, there are places for me to walk my dog, people are friendly and helpful one another, but are not pesky. I am allowed to garden and people decorate for holidays. I looked at a lot of places before coming here and for the price and the super convenient to everything in Baldwin and Mobile counties, it can't be beat! It was also one of the few places that had long term rentals. The comments that are negative are from people who are irresponsible and were probably thrown out. Things may not be perfect, but the owners are constantly working at making the park better. If there ever was a real sewer problem, I guarantee the owners would offer to move the RVs to other locations in the park until it was fixed - but like I said I've never heard anyone who has lived here for a while say anything about "sewer" problems. I had never lived or even stayed in an RV but Hurricane Sally left us little choice. I was really worried about living in any RV park, but I have been very happy here.

We had am exceptional experience staying here. The management was very helpful and jolly. She even checked on us throughout our stay to see if the lot was okay and if we needed anything. The property was beautiful and well manicured. The lots are very nice size and accommodated our RV and two extra vehichles.We are looking forward to staying there again.

They let me stay for 2 years. Easy move in and out. The upkeep on the property was great! Roads and trimmed grass were always maintained. Never had sewage back up and the internet is reliable. Just keep it down at night and drive the speed limit. Would come back 100%, it’s on the beach express, caring staff, and ponies!!

I had my travel trailer here for 18 months as my home away from home for work. Never any issues, grounds kept up great, great neighbors and Mrs. Vicky and staff were a pleasure to deal with and price is reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely love it here! Very quiet and clean and. Owners are great and very helpful. Friendliest people you could ever meet! Never had problems with feeling unsafe or unwelcome. Highly recommended!!

This is an awesome clean facility. The owners have been absolutely awesome. We came limping in with truck trouble. They followed me to the repair shop and bought me back to the campground. And have been amazing with help to get groceries. And treated us like family!
We will most definitely be back again!

My wife and I have been full-time RVing for three years now and have been to numerous RV parks/resorts. The owners are great people and keep the property in good order. All utilities and internet work perfectly. We will definitely be back here when traveling through this area.

I stayed here for 3 months and I will say that this rv park is one of the nicest, cleanliness and relaxed rv parks I have ever stayed in. The owner of the Mrs Vicky is one of the sweetest women I have ever came across, she will bend over backwards to help you out, she will drop everything and anything to make her tenants feel welcomed and part of her family. I highly recommend anyone staying here. You will not regret it! I hate to leave here but my work is taking me out of state and if it wasn’t for that I would definitely continued staying here. Thank you Mrs Vicky and everyone at Carousel RV park for everything.

Great experience and the owner is one of the sweetest ladies ever im staying here with a whole crew helping clean up hurricane debris and we are all very pleased! I also spoke with the owner on some of the negative reviews and why certain people were kicked out she said it was because they were being loud and staying up late partying and she was getting complaints from other campers. Take what you want but from my experience there is no way I can see any reasonable person having any issues with this sweet lady and her comfortable campground.

Stayed here for a few months and never had a problem. The ladies are very nice and the place is kept up. I had no problem with the rent, fair price. Fast access to I-10 or shopping.

I ended up having to stay in my in-laws camper while waiting for my apartment to be ready in 2 months. I called around to all the rv parks in the area which ended up being full, outrageously priced or they didn’t accept children (which is their choice but most came off as rude about it), Johnny’s never even took the time to answer the phone or call me back!Carousel RV park accepted our little family of 2 adults and one toddler with open arms (even stating she was excited for us to stay! So sweet!). Unfortunately after 2 days our a/c stopped working and we had to go stay with my mother. We tried to get the a/c fixed but it ended up being a bigger problem and the in-laws decided to take it home to a trusted shop. We had already paid for the month of $550 (such a great price btw!) and didn’t expect a refund (it also specifically states on the paperwork no refunds). But! Even though the camper sat in a spot from the 8th of June to the 27th this amazing lady called me back to let me know she wanted to let me pay the nightly price for only the 2 nights we actually stayed there!! Unbelievable and so helpful! I couldn’t believe it and asked multiple times if she was sure and she was so so happy to refund me. I will recommend this place to as many people as I can and only stay here any time I need in the future! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My experience living here for about 2 and half years has been great.. it is a quiet nice park. I have had no problems at all..

We have stayed there twice in the past two years. Both times have been very good. Nice quiet park and very helpful owner. Convenient location between I10 and the beach. Close to Pensacola and shopping. Will stay there any time we are in the area

Found myself in the area while running from hurricane Irma. Called everywhere and no one had a space or simple weren't answering their phones. Called Carousel Village and the owner said "she'd make room"! Simple but clean little campground. Full hookups and 50amp service. The owner and her son couldn't have been nicer. Local full-timers at the camp were really nice too. I won't hesitate to stay again if I come back to the area. PS: ask the owner how she named the place and got into the RV camp biz...Great story!! Thanks again!

Wonderful place to stay long term or short term. My husband and I have been here 10 months and couldn’t be happier. The owner and her family are wonderful people. Very close to the interstate and beaches. Pets allowed and well kept park. Highly recommend staying here.
