Krown St. Louis

Krown St. Louis did an outstanding job on my 2006 Mazda Tribute. The service Tech Jordan was very helpful and professional. After completion of service I spoke to the Manager who was extremely professional & knowledgeable on explaining the Krown treatment process, looking over the the underbody of my vehicle, and answering any questions I had on my vehicles rust condition. I now have some peace of mind and will definitely get longer life out of my vehicle! Thank you Krown!

Investing in this is a no brainer, the 4Runner’s only weakness to longevity is of course the famous Toyota rust. Staff were very friendly and service was quick!

I'm particular about my cars and I actually don't like to hand my keys over to any shop....always paranoid that they won't care for my vehicles as well as I do. That said, I left Krown very impressed. From Kayle at the front desk to the guys in the shop. They did a great job applying Krown undercoating to my truck. They wash your vehicle when they are done. If you are particular about your vehicle (like I am), bring a towel to dry your car off. Will be back annually for additional applications for upkeep.

I am a satisfied customer and believe that Krown will help my truck last a long time. I really like the salt cleaning spray before the rustproofing process. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly and the waiting room is quite comfortable.

Been using Krown St. Louis for years. Their solution for rust proofing your vehicle works. Ask for Anthony (tech) when you book your appointment. Can't say enough good things about him. He takes his time and does a really good job!

First new truck Ive ever had, so I had it undercoated for its first winter. Was surprised by the thorough wash after the service, which I watched on the screen in the waiting room. We will see how the treatment holds up. Great job

Wanted to make sure that a new to me LX570 would be prepared for my first winter in the Midwest.. after some research, I decided that the krown treatment would be best. I can't speak on the results yet, but the service was fantastic. I'll be back next year and may bring my other vehicles in as well.

Great product and a great place to have it put on your vehicle. Customer service is top notch, the waiting room is stocked with coffee, hot chocolate, and even Netflix! After they spray on the product, they give the outside of your vehicle a good wash to top it off!

We have a 2018 Roadtrek CS Adventurous RV that we bought new in February 2019. We probably should have applied a rustproofing treatment that 1st year, but it didn’t cross our minds until I saw mentions of Krown Rustproofing in Facebook RV groups I follow.

I like to do a LOT research online before we spend our hard-earned $, especially so when it’s an investment.

We decided to get our RV rustproofed by Krown Rustproofing. I contacted at least 6 different Krown dealers, by using Krown’s dealer locator on their website. The businesses were all between 1 1/2 and 5 1/2 hours from our home in the Chicago area. The prices ranged from $150 (the $ Krown lists on their website for a full size van) to $265 + tax, due to being a “specialty vehicle “. I also searched the business’ websites, and asked questions by email & phone.

Ultimately, we decided on Krown St Louis, for $180, and only a 5 hour drive each way! They have a lift that accommodated our Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis, with dual rear wheels. In fact, they apply Krown treatments to dump trucks used for plowing and salting commercial properties, Missouri Department of Transportation road equipment, a business customer who has a fleet of Mercedes Benz Sprinter vans, and more.

Since we both work full time, we needed to have it done on a Saturday. Ken Boegeman Jr. (President of the Swinter Group, of which Krown St Louis is a part of), and Michael Eilers (head of Swinter’s Krown department) were both fantastic with communicating with us by email. Michael even offered to have one of their Krown techs come in just for us on a Saturday, when they’re normally closed!

Our new friends at Krown St Louis went to great lengths to amaze us, their newest ever-loyal customers, and everything about the entire experience was outstanding. We even got to watch our RV being worked on, on 2 shop cameras streamed live to a TV in their comfortable and clean waiting area. The tech washed our rig after completing the treatment.

Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend Krown Rustproofing, and especially Krown St Louis.

Did a great job on my 09 Tahoe, took extra time to help get off some of the factory undercoat that was flaking.

Customer service is second to none, super friendly staff! I was pleasantly surprised and I'm sure I will be back.
