Miele Experience Center Chicago

My wife and I had a great learning and educational experience in dealing with Rochelle. We turned our project over to a professional manager. She order all the appliances so we were kind of in the dark about high end quality appliances. After are learning session with Rochelle operating the Miele washer and dryer became much easier. She shared her experience, knowledge and expertise in educating us. Not to mention her ability to demonstrate an understanding and willingness in dealing with us. We have more questions and we know Rochelle will be there waiting to assist us as we work through the process taking full advantage of Miele functions and options.
After meeting with her I have no problem recommending Rochelle and Miele products to anyone.

Fantastic gallery of home appliances with state of the art technology. Everything demonstrated was very easy to use and clean. The multi function steam oven makes cooking different dishes very unique and authentic with texture and quality. They have so many styles and finishes. I'm excited to be the proud owner of Miele brand products.

We were fortunate that our call was answered by Rochelle at the Chicago Experience Center. She has both a wealth of knowledge, especially of the combi-steam ovens we were considering, and a willingness to share it. She completely relieved our concerns about Miele support in our area with comprehensive descriptions of best practices, even authoring her own list of recommended procedures. Her knowledge and ability to communicate the details of these products is a valuable resource to those considering, or even current users of their products.

My husband and I have been planning our dream remodel for a LONG, LONG time. Though we live in San Diego we visited the Chicago showroom and met Rochelle in June of 2019. We were super impressed with how much time she spent with us and her excellent follow-up. Even though she knew we wouldn't be starting our remodel until 2021 she continued to check in once in a while -- but not in an oversell kind of way. While we were waiting for HOA approval for the remodel she helped me find a local Miele dealer so I could purchase a vacuum, (best vacuum ever) and gave us updates on when appliance models were being updated. Fast forward to July 2021 when we finally ordered our vacuum drawer, combi-steam oven, coffee maker and slim dishwasher. I know! Worst timing ever to order appliances but Rochelle continued to give us accurate updates on when we could expect delivery. It wasn't always good news but at least it was honest. She was particularly great at helping us when our local vendor refused to confirm our appliances had arrived. She contacted the regional Miele sales representative who was able to intervene and confirm that our local vendor had in fact received our appliances. Without Rochelle and the Miele West Coast sales representative I'm confident our local vendor would have sold the appliances to someone else and continued to lie to us. I have one more kitchen remodel in my future and I will definitely work with Rochelle in the Chicago office once again.
Update: I realized this review never posted in 2021! It is now 2023 and today our beautiful new dishwasher for the kitchen (not the slim model we had installed in the other room in 2021) was installed. Rochelle once again was fantastic at helping me figure out which model would be the best fit for our kitchen.

Rochelle could not have been more helpful! She truly went above and beyond in getting us our Miele wall ovens when we were in the midst of a very challenging remodelling project. Love our Miele ovens.

I thought I had my appliances all picked out, then I was told to spend a day with Rochelle at the Miele Showroom in Chicago. My appointment was one of the first days they re-opened after the COVID lockdown. I met Rochelle and even though I haven't seen her whole face, we spent a day together going through each of the appliances I was interested in. She shared recipes, tips and tricks to make cooking more fun than ever. I threw away my original dream kitchen list and have been enjoying a complete Miele kitchen since November. What a great experience! Rochelle went beyond the call of duty when I asked her to help me solve my difficult, time-sensitive kitchen issue. Rochelle Redell at the Miele Chicago center is the best! She is a great listener, problem solver, and extremely friendly. She assisted me in following up and resolving a problematic repair of my Miele convection oven. I am truly impressed by her professionalism and can-do attitude. The customer service provided by Rochelle was the best I have experienced with any company.. That alone would sell me on their products. Rochelle spent 2 hours with me going over all my questions about my 5 appliances. She helped me register my appliances, helped with hands on learning, shared information about cookware and cleaning products, and discussed recipes and use of appliances. I feel comfortable calling with questions in the future. She sent me other resources for future use. I flew into Chicago to meet with her and now can get information by phone. I needed a consult with a repair man. She called and he came the next day. Thank you!

I recently renovated my kitchen and are thrilled with our Miele kitchen! It is critical to learn about your appliances and the ease of technology they offer. The Miele Experience Center is not only a showroom, but a space that opens the kitchen to you. Whether a home chef or a beginner in the kitchen, the cooking demonstrations are invaluable and fun! Tracy is a wealth of knowledge (so many great tips!) and Rochelle demonstrated that cooking with Miele appliances is seamless and delicious. Super friendly and personable! I'm all the way in Minnesota, but Rochelle took time to do a virtual session with me that was informative, fun and invaluable. I couldn't believe how generous she was sharing her expertise, recipes, and tips. It's obvious that she really knows and is passionate about Miele products! Very, very helpful to a new owner.

Fantastic hands on experience! Rochelle, Joanna, and Tracy are superb at helping you understand and decide which appliances to buy. I love their down to earth way of making everyone feel comfortable. Forget going to and appliance store, this is the place to come! Trust me ... Miele has so many choices, there is something for everyone. The cooking classes are great because you really walk away with an understanding of how the appliances, a real comfort level from Rochelle, Tracy and Joanna, a free meal, and a glass of wine. In the end, Miele is a bargain given the staff at the Mart, this beautiful showroom, its well known quality, Miele's technicians, and Miele's extended warranties. They converted me. I will no longer put up with Bosch's poor quality and lousy customer service.

Was in line to purchase a stove for a remodel of a kitchen and time was running out for me to take advantage of the rebate. I was introduced to Rochelle Redell and she was the "Bomb"!!! From the execution of putting me in contact with the source of where to purchase, to all the information needed to take care of the rebate she held my hand and was able to take care of this transaction on the fly and by the end of the day needed to get the purchase made. Highly recommend the company for their products, having purchased their vacuums, and now their stove, to their staff members who execute top customer service from a-z!!! Thank you Rochelle!! My husband contacted the Miele Experience Center when we struck out finding our dishwasher locally in Peoria, Illinois. Rochelle called back and was able to locate the model we were searching for and was able to connect us with the retailer. She far exceeded our expectations. I recently had the extreme pleasure of a 1 on 1 class with Rochelle Redell regarding my new Miele Appliances. In addition to being well versed in the Appliances she is so knowledgeable about actual usage and recipes. outstanding customer service from rochelle. first, she responded very promptly to my message that i left with another showroom person. next she remembered me and my project from a visit to the showroom several years ago. best of all, however, i was having great difficulty in locating a new model built-in plumbed coffee maker that could be delivered within a couple of weeks vs the anywhere from 6 to 20 weeks i was quoted by many dealers. rochelle 'took the bull by the horns' and contacted her local rep who located my exact unit in a miele warehouse and then arranged for that unit to be held for me until the local dealer could contact me to place the order. to complete the circle rochelle has followed-up with me to make sure everything was proceeding as planned.

bottom line - all our points of contact were handled perfectly and professonally, and with a very evident desire on rochelle's part to make something happen for me. the best!

My wife and I drove from Ann Arbor Michigan to Chicago to spend several hours at the MIele experience center in Chicago. We had just purchased several Miele appliances and wanted receive first hand knowledge on how to use and maintain our appliances. Joanna and Tracy were so informative and professional. They explained and demonstrated all the ins and outs of the appliances. We were so impressed that we returned that evening for a cooking demonstration. It was well worth the trip!
